The manager is very accommodating. He made us choose the rooms we wanted to stay in. He also made sure he packed us breakfast since we left the next really early. He arranged the luggage transport and kept it for us while we head out to zanzibar.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is healthy and delicious. You can also get a stunning view of Mount Kilimanjaro on a clear day. I hadn't had dinner by the time I arrived and he ordered a tuk tuk and even came with me to the closest restaurant and waited for me to have some food! The breakfast is SPECTACULAR! great staff, super friendly and helpfull as in most of the places in Tanzania. The room was faultless, clean, confortable, with everything you need. I booked this hotel just to spend the night and catch my next flight the day after around 18:00, they let me have a late checkout without any issue or cost, also because I arrived late due to a delayed flight, they let me choose a later breakfast time. Just world class service.

Just wow. It was a very pleasant stay. Especially I think for women who travel alone, it is a very good environment there, but also for everyone else. The host is a women which really take care about her customers. We came late in the evening, and they made us a super delicious evening meal (chicken with rice & stew). The other thing what was really helpful was that they organized us a taxi early in the morning. All in all i can really recommend to stay there, even the pillows were quite nice after a long safari trip with way too hard pillows.

Great place! Lillian was wonderful! They accommodated our very late arrival. The bed was comfortable and the living room was large and comfy. We had a great breakfast and Lillian helped arrange transport. Would definitely go back! :)
