It was clean, and very good staff, even offered to find me a Bolt to the Ferry station. Also accepted very late check-in. And the room was clean and very comfortable

Silvia felt like my personal hostess, she was always there greeting with a smile and ready to help with any task at hand. We loved the fact that we could add our taxi bill's to the room account, this was a real added benefit.

I loved the staff, the clean bedroom, the breakfast, the beautiful ocean views and the fairy lights at night.

Hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. They arranged hotel shuttle and taxi when we need it. There is no smell of smoking in the rooms. People are welcoming

All the staff were very friendly: Bruce the GM and Jerome his deputy went out of their way to introduce themselves and welcome us to the Hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The reception organised a pick up from the ferry terminal and transport to the airport. The hotel is close to the various foreign embassies. It's close to the national museum which is worth a morning visit. And It feels safe to walk to the supermarket (a few mins away) or going the other direction it's about a 20mim walk to the centre. But Tuk Tuks are cheap and generally easy to find. The swimming pool although not deep, is a lovely oasis in the city. really enjoyed our stay.

I booked the hotel because it offered a shuttle to the airport. Overall the hotel was nice, the room was perfect and large. We also had an amazing Indian dinner in the hotel restaurant for a great price!

Very clean hotel with new and clean towels and new and very clean bed. All was very clean and very good breakfast

The room was spotless.we were upgraded to a bigger room. The hotel is so beautiful and modern. Variety of breakfast options.

Almost everything was good . In breakfast most non veg items were made of beef . Which I don't eat .the cooling system have collapsed in room and dinning area , only reception have good cooling so like to sit there

Everything was perfect , from the accomodation to the service . All staff was very kindly and professional. The hotel is clean and everything was perfect . I spend three night together my son and i feel like home , and honestly is not easy ,an expecial in the big hotel Reception, bar ,restaurant ,food ,everything was AMAZING . Nice staff, good breakfast. Nice swimming pool and good restaurant food. Prices are fair.

On any journey the welcome you get is important and tbe Chelsea Hotel was exceptional in this regard. Greyson, Innocent, the duty manager, restaurant staff, including roof, were brilliant. The rooftop gives an extraordinary view over the city...The menu is one of the best I have experienced in Africa. Do yourself a favour and check in. Regards, Dan
