Fantastic location, next to a beautiful Wigry lake. The team was superb, very kind and attentive. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of homemade hams and cheese. We definitely recommended ordering lunch / dinner - the chef Mrs Jadzia is unbelievably good! Portions are huge! During your stay you can use the bikes and the canoe, which is a fantastic perk!

Excellent location with great transport links. Everything looks brand new, and the surroundings are beautiful. The private waterfront is a wonderful bonus. The food was absolutely delicious, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. It’s the perfect place for a long weekend getaway. We will definitely be coming back again.

We had a pleasant stay at Łabędz I Domki nad Jeziorem. The place was quiet, clean, and well-maintained, making it a great spot to relax. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Bialystok was a surprise for us.
Bialystok was a surprise for us. A vibrant, interesting town with historical monuments, interesting churches, extensive, well cared for parks, a small enchanting zoo with wolfs and bisons, and a pedestrian only centre.

Slightly underdeveloped, with little information available hence one has to explore and discover. Perfect for watersports, with plenty of options available (but you have to explore yourself ...). The locals are very friendly.
The locals are very friendly. There are plenty of things to do, but mainly enjoy the forest and the nature. I was only there for a weekend so had to speedrun everything. I highly recommend renting a bike for the day to see everything in the area if you are short on time. Though the area is best enjoyed slow. Enjoy the stillness, the sound of the trees and the beautiful houses and grass plains.

Wery spacious, wonderfull design, high end anemnities, tv the biggest we had in our life in other hotels stays 😊 Electric car charging. Accesability features perfect. Good restaurant. Very good price for sjch high level services!!! Will come back later!

Lomza is a beautiful city!
Lomza is a beautiful city! A small gem that is likely underrated. I went with my family to find our roots and was so surprised by the beauty of the area! We were lucky to receive fantastic help at tourist information in town square and they had an array of books in several languages for free. St. Michael’s church and the museum across the street are a must see. The museum especially were so generous in giving us a guide because my mom has mobility issues. They have a wonderful collection of lamps and artifacts from the area. The woman at tourist information also connected us with a local historian who is going to help us find our ancestors. Best pizza was at Pepe Rosso! Thank you Lomza we loved you and will be back!

Hajnówka is a peaceful town right next to the Białowieża Forest, one of Europe’s last primeval woodlands. It’s a great spot for nature lovers, with easy access to forest trails and chances to spot bison. The town also has a unique mix of cultures, best seen in its striking Orthodox church and local Belarusian influences. Perfect for a quiet getaway close to nature and for testing Podlasie cuisine. Local specialties include babka ziemniaczana, placki ziemniaczane or pierogi and for desser, marcinek is a must!

Most breath-takingly beutiful nature and landscapes.
Most breath-takingly beutiful nature and landscapes. National Park status assures peace and quiet. A perfect place to re-charge one's batteries. Great walking and biking trails. Rezydencja Nad Wigrami also offers bicycle rentals and a fully equipeed campsite complete with showers, fire pit and plenty of room. The woods are beautiful and meadows are full of flowers.

Was there for work, so only saw the central part and sights. As it was winter, sunlight was literally non-existent. The city offers wide walkways and is very pedestrian-friendly. There are a lot of parks, even a small forest, well within walking distance from the centre. Everything looked very well organized and the city is very clean and calm, with friendly people.

The interior of the hotel is really beautiful.
Room and all the public spaces were very clean.
Room was spacious and well equipped with a kettle and coffee maker etc.
Pool area was nice and cozy.
Staff was very friendly. Only one of the restaurant staff didn't speak English but we managed never the less.
Breakfast buffet had a great selection and was tasty.

The two closest restaurants to the accommodation closed at 8.40pm, I think. This village closes early, Do not leave it late to go out for an evening meal. Guided tours of the "restricted access " part of the national park seem to get fully booked in advance. That includes the Bialowieza Express. The visitor center is closed on Mondays. Cycle route/track, on the Western boundary of the restricted area of the national park and shown on the map of the area peter out and are really non existent. Certainly if one tries to travel along them using a push bike. And it was not just that particular path. I had great difficulty trying to make tracks and pathways shown on the map tie in with reality on the ground. Of course that may be just incompetence on my part. Although I purchased a map of the area from the Park Visitor Center, I found trying to find useful maps/guides relating to the locality difficult, if not impossible, again, this could be due to my incompetence. Travellling from Warsaw, we tired a couple of permutations/bus/train and so on. The simplest was just get a train from Warsaw to Hajnowka. From Hajnowka one may be able to get a bus, last one 3 or 4 pm. In the absence of a bus, the taxi was 135 and 120 zloty. A grocery shop and our hosts both called the same taxi driver for us. I think it was called non-stop taxi. Once at Bialowieza, the labrynth/ a maze is well worth a visit. Our last evening at Bialowieza, we went to a restaurant and was waited on by a robot!!
