Right on the beach, palms swaying, delightful staff - what’s not to love?! Far from the bustle of Dar es salaam, yet still close if you need to go there, so the location is great. The rooms are large, spacious and airy and set away from the beach so they are an oasis from wind and salt spray. You have your own elevated veranda (with hammock) where you can sit and watch monkeys play in the trees and observe the beautiful birds. And the pizzas are great!

Good clean was clean food was disapionting the rooms aircon did not cool the room properly , t smell on the balcony was terrible due to nabour chicen coop and dirty jards. a lot of noice at night could not sleep. the price was not the same as per bookings .com airport shuttel service only include for collect have to pay for drop of additionally.

I've never felt so at home outside of home like I did at BabaJay Family Home! From beginning to the end of our stay Mr. Brown wow'd us with his welcoming, kind, & Attentive personality! In my opinion if anyone is to experience Tanzanian hospitality at its finest, they should start with a stay here. From the food, to his helpful & kind staff/family, Cleanliness, & willingness to help you with everything you need, just superb! Definitely will recommend his residence to anyone planning to visit Dar es Salaam 😊
