We were a group of 12 people in February 2026 driving donated vehicles from Denmark to Kyiv for the Ukrainian armed forces. We realised that we would not be able to make it to Kyiv before curfew because of the weather conditions (freezing and the roads covered with snow and ice). So I quickly had to find somewhere on the way to Kyiv and close to the highway where there was room for 12 people and parking for ten cars. I saw this place, booked online and then contated them to see if they really could be ready for us in under three hours. They replied immediately that they would be ready! The rooms were very comfortable, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the connected restuarant served delicious food. They even kept the restaurant open for us despite the late hour so that we could have some warm food! I loved this place and hope I can return someday.

Дуже чиста кімната і класні умови в цілому. Особливо приємно, що для собачки видали лежанку і смаколик😍

Nice place in the center of the city.

Чиста і доволі зручний котеджи. Одразу за котеджами починається гарне поле, де можна добре вигуляти собаку. До котеджу можна під'їхати, є паркувальні місця. Можна із тваринами за окрему плату.

The bed was comfortable and the room warm, we slept well. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant. Good secure car park.

The cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff.

it is ready for check-in 24h per day, multiple options of rooms and beds available

Clean, easy to get to via public transportation, modern, and a good location for the purposes of my trip.

Great location / good staff and facilities.

We stayed for 2 weeks as a business party. Great location, great staff, and the room lives out to any other big city European standard of a high-end hotel. The restaurant provides great service and food and reasonable prices. Try the rib eye. Well come back next time. Greetings and appreciations from Copenhagen, Denmark.

Quite ok hotel for the money. There was no remote control for the A/C in the room so we went to the reception to ask for it and they handed it to us from behind the desk.

I've stayed here a few times to heading to and from Chernihiv. Great location on the main road. Very comfortable, clean and has great food. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Ideal option price/quality

What wasn’t there to like! Great location on main road, beautifully set back in the forest. Large parking area, main building was busting with character and the accommodation was extremely comfortable, clean and quiet.

It is close to the beach, inside has everything a guest might need over a short stay. The interior is well-designed, everything was new and clean

I very rarely give poor reviews, as I always try to find something positive. However, it would be difficult this time to do that. The price was good, and I was able to book last minute. The receptionist was friendly. There is a lovely pond behind the hotel, with a nice path around it.

Friendly staff, listened to my concerns for shelter for air alerts and were all around nice to me, everything was pretty nice

As a frequent traveler in this part of the world , i know that Optima Zhitomir is the ultimate accommodation . Perfect service, inspiring decoration, best breakfast and it is located just where you want it to be. Amazing park, great coffee shop and even an irish pub, all located just near the parking

Very nice place to stay for a night. Very friendly staff, lady in reception is superb, very welcome and worm. At the cafe you can try local cuisine, prices are acceptable. Rooms are very clean just after renovation. Highly recommend!
