Super clean, comfortable room. Nice shower! This hotel has everything one might need while travelling by car. Warm tasty meals, nice rooms, enough parking, charging station - everything is very well organized.

The bed was comfortable and the room warm, we slept well. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant. Good secure car park.

The location is great, far from the main road, silent, the lake in 10 meters away from the hotel. Fresh air and silence. The staff is extremely friendly and the breakfasts are nice. The room was very nice and clean, equipped with everything you may need.

The building was a lovely wooden design. Very friendly and helpful staff (this was the first hotel where the staff showed us where the safe room was in case of an air alarm). The dining room had some great private alcoves. The food was excellent.

Clean, easy to get to via public transportation, modern, and a good location for the purposes of my trip.

Location, cost, breakfast and overall restaurant food

Our stay was pleasant and good. Clean and quiet room . Good restaurant near that works 24/7 and this is super.

Quite ok hotel for the money. There was no remote control for the A/C in the room so we went to the reception to ask for it and they handed it to us from behind the desk.

Superior SPA zone with salt room and 5 different sauna, pool, jacuzzi, cosmetics and massage rooms. 400 UAH per 1 hour per 1 person, 550 UAH per 2 hours per 1 person and 750 UAH unlimited. SPA is working from Wednesday till Sunday only.

I very rarely give poor reviews, as I always try to find something positive. However, it would be difficult this time to do that. The price was good, and I was able to book last minute. The receptionist was friendly. There is a lovely pond behind the hotel, with a nice path around it.

A quiet hotel not far away from the tetriv river. Not a bad option considering the price, breakfast was good. their coffee was very good, to my surprise

Friendly staff, listened to my concerns for shelter for air alerts and were all around nice to me, everything was pretty nice

As a frequent traveler in this part of the world , i know that Optima Zhitomir is the ultimate accommodation . Perfect service, inspiring decoration, best breakfast and it is located just where you want it to be. Amazing park, great coffee shop and even an irish pub, all located just near the parking

Very nice place to stay for a night. Very friendly staff, lady in reception is superb, very welcome and worm. At the cafe you can try local cuisine, prices are acceptable. Rooms are very clean just after renovation. Highly recommend!

We got what it was advertised as a triple room but it was more like a two room apartment. Very spacious with a long hallway, two big rooms and a lounge area. The pictures don't make it justice. It's much nicer. The person at the reception didn't speak English but we used the translate app and she was so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was also really good, above expectations.
