Great hotel conveniently located near the airport. The staff are very friendly, and the complimentary airport shuttle is a big plus. Continental breakfast is provided, Wi-Fi works well in all rooms, and everything was clean and well maintained. A nice bonus was the large mosquito net. Highly recommend!

Warm welcome -fantastic food. Wonderful staff -- engaging, kind and helpful. We had a late flight out so hired the room for an additional 1/2 day which allowed for more rest and relaxation before a late flight. Great option available for travelling and off peak times.

If you are used to going shopping in the malls, or if it...
If you are used to going shopping in the malls, or if it makes you feel safe then Victoria Mall is the place. But the prices in that big Carre four supermarket were not cheap, it was kind of on a high side. I discovered that smaller supermarkets had better favourable prices. Carre four in Victoria mall is just fancy!
The wildlife center is a conveniet place to visit especially if you don't have time and money to travel all the way to the parks.
Aero beach ambience was quite good and relaxing. We ate fish and chips and tried the jetskie ride.

Fabulous little town with lots to offer. I HIGHLY recommend doing the behind the scenes at the Uganda Wildlife Conservatory/Zoo, it was incredible and absolutely worth the $70! Victoria Mall has most of your needs, the little outdoor shop is pretty good and had some good sales. CJ's is an East African staple place to eat with nice ambiance and stellar customer service. There is an incredible spa call Bravado Spa and I highly recommend the Luxury day package at only $100 it was 6 hours of pure bliss. The bodas are all good and fair with pricing so don't be afraid to use them.

It is a nice, clean and friendly city that offers a completely different experience to Kampala. Safety is good, there are eateries that one can access and get affordable meals. Beach activities abound, and the general landscape is beautiful.
