The breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel continental many choices and everything good, coffee was fantastic ! I'd like to know the brand. Love the small bar and the fireplaces made our evening ! Room was clean comfortable to beds were great. I'm 6'3"tall and for once had room. Large shower great and even TV was good with variety. Most definitely staying there again when we return which we will be !

Great location, wonderful room, great staff. The room was huge with lovely period furnishings. The bathroom was lovely. Everything we could need was supplied. The welcome we received was fantastic as were all other interactions with the staff.

The breakfast was very good, lots of selection. The hot food was kept very hot ( sometimes that doesn't happen in other places) and the cinnamon rolls were an unexpected but welcome surprise. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. It was clean and well maintained The beds are the best! I believe they are the most comfortable I've experienced in any hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Our stay was both comfortable and convenient. It was close enough to all of the historical sites we planned to visit, but far enough away from the crowd and confusion. Thank you to our host couple, Steve and Teresa. Teresa's breakfasts were wonderful and so planned out. She didn't miss a detail, from table settings to food presentation. Everything was delicious. It's easy to see that she loves and enjoys what she does. And Steve was very knowledgeable with historical facts and the history of their beautiful home. Such a pleasant couple. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this wonderful B & B.

We rented all three rooms at the Inn on Lincoln Square and an adjoining townhouse to accomodate an extended family celebration by 12 adults. The rooms in the Inn were spacious, beautifully decorated for the season and very comfortable. The townhouse rooms were comfortable and the kitchen and living spaces on the first floor were welcoming and more than met our requirements. Interesting shopping, lively taverns and food choices from diner plates to pub grub were all within easy walking from our lodging.

Everything. It was out of the way. We are from the U.k. and have been doing a long 3 weeks road trip. We wanted a couple of nights to be quiet and relax before setting off again. The separate living room was great. Although there were other cars at the cabins we never saw anyone. The nearest place to buy supplies from is a dollar general 3 miles away. There is a restaurant on site. We got a takeaway as we just wanted to stay in the cabin. There is a nice lake down the hill.

This was my first stay at this chain. The building, the layout and the rooms/furnishings were very much like a standard chain, such as Comfort Inn, but better maintained, cleaner and MUCH quieter. Bed and linens nice quality, sufficient outlets, good lighting, no slamming doors - a rare, quiet night in a hotel!

We spent one night.

We spent one night. The location is older and tired and rooms need updating. The bed was comfortable which was a positive. We did not accept the original room assigned to us and requested to be moved. We were told that our room could not be changed unless we paid +$100.00 because we booked thru a third party at a special rate. When we arrived at the original room our key would not open the door (they use an older style of keyless and it wasn't working). While we were standing in the hallway the room next to us was very loud - screeming kids. We immediately went back to check in and expressed our concerns. Breakfast was mediocre. Will not book Hagerstown again!

This location was convenient, but the property was...

This location was convenient, but the property was disappointing in terms of poor quality linens and furniture. The entry is dark with a noticeable smell. The property needs fresh paint and better quality linens to be a desirable site. The small bathroom has no flat surface for toiletries and 2 of the 3 over the sink light bulbs were burned out. The beds were comfortable enough, but 2 of the 3 bedrooms were crowded with beds.

Be prepared for NO free parking near what you want to see. The parking meters are terrible (and the locals agree). If touring the battle field, go with the tour guide in your vehicle (and ask if you can get Erik - he is the absolute best tour guide).

If you want to pay $80 a night and have a bunch of roaches...

If you want to pay $80 a night and have a bunch of roaches crawling on you on the walls and in the sink and in the bathtub when you're taking a shower, this is the place for you!!!!! not only that but when you vacate the room because you can't sleep in it because the roaches are so bad that you have to sleep in your car the rest of the night, but the owner only wanted to give me $15 back of my money after I asked for a refund or even a half of a refund. This is literally the worst hotel ive ever been in , in my whole life.

Gettysburg is a huge tourist destination between the college and the battlefield and Eisenhower commemoratives. There are restaurants and shops of every type. If a person is into camping and that sort of thing, the beautiful mountains are nearby.

Hagerstown had several interesting places for us to go...

Hagerstown had several interesting places for us to go nearby. We spent some time at the mall, and later that night headed to dinner at the Texas Roadhouse. The next day we visited City Park, and toured the on site Museum!
