Spacious room, beautifully decorated throughout the hotel.

I loved everything but I haven't seen the other bigger rooms yet. Because I can only get what I can afford right now.

It did what you'd expect....a nice clean comfy quiet room for an overnight stay on a road trip. It is new so everything is in good order but fairly basic. Close to the highway and had parking facilities for our RV. Staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is a bonus. Good value for money. Has a pizza restaurant next door.

Breakfast was great, something for everyone. The location in Hagerstown is perfect, right near the mall, restaurants and the main highways.

The location is excellent, and my room is always clean....always clean. My neighbors are very loud late at night. That is my only area of distress. The staff is always so polite and easy to respond to. It is so appreciated. It is one of the reasons I continue to stay here. I am on a travel assignment and this motel works for me.

The room was a great size. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast is in a large comfortable space. There is a small pool and an exercise room. It was value for money.

The room was fantastic, the staff were super friendly, walking distance to pretty much everything.

The location is fantastic! I love being right in the center of town, especially at the holidays. And the hotel itself is great for when you need a break from all that eating and shopping!

The breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel continental many choices and everything good, coffee was fantastic ! I'd like to know the brand. Love the small bar and the fireplaces made our evening ! Room was clean comfortable to beds were great. I'm 6'3"tall and for once had room. Large shower great and even TV was good with variety. Most definitely staying there again when we return which we will be !

The breakfast was very good, lots of selection. The hot food was kept very hot ( sometimes that doesn't happen in other places) and the cinnamon rolls were an unexpected but welcome surprise. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. It was clean and well maintained The beds are the best! I believe they are the most comfortable I've experienced in any hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We usually stay at a different local hotel, but have now stayed at the Hampton Inn twice. It has a nice assortment of breakfast options, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, spacious bathrooms, a coffee/tea/hot chocolate station, and friendly and helpful staff. My husband now says he prefers the Hampton Inn as our primary layover choice when driving up the east coast.

The staff was very nice. Everything was clean. The breakfast was really good. The location wad good for us. It's also right by the Outlets. We would definitely stay here again.
