How was greeted warmly by the front desk person. It's set the tone for the whole trip i got an excellent room and it was large, has everything I needed, and it was very cleaned and cared for.

The location was incredible and very peaceful. The receptionist was very helpful. On our last day, our 2.5 year-old kid broke a lamp. We brought the lamp to him asking for how much did we have to pay, and he acknowledged that it was an accident and there was nothing to worry about. This is one of those things that makes you return to a hotel.

Rooms are very spacious and beds are super comfortable. All amenities are included for a relaxing stay. the view on the mountains from the large bedroom window is breathtaking espcially with all the snow that was falling. The common lounge had 24/7 coffee/tea, a microwave and the fire lit every night with lots og games to choose from for a quiet night in.

We had the most amazing stay here. Brian and Gabriel were so amazing on contacting them to tell them it was a special occasion they up graded us for no extra cost. The suite was just breathtaking and the view was like a dream. They made our stay so special and we will definitely be back. Would highly recommend this beautiful place. All staff were amazing and breakfast was fresh and so tasty. Love love love
