We had planned on staying here for a few nights. This turned out to be a good idea as the weather was terrible; we were hit with a snow storm we hadn't expected. The Algonquin Resort was the perfect place to spend one of our days inside by the fire, reading. The room was comfortable, the staff was helpful, the food and drinks were great.

I am not very tech savvy, but the instructions that were sent via text worked well. The room was charming with a great view and a lot extra amenities. It was a combo work/ leisure trip that was cut short by hurricane. I’ll definitely go back.

Attractive, comfortable lodgings in a beautiful waterfront location. It is in walking distance to the town of St Andrews in one direction and some pleasant walking trails in the other. The owners were very helpful. We enjoyed this, our second stay, and we will return.
