From walking in and having friendly staff to an amazing room. Clean with everything you could ever need. After travelling around USA for many years and many hotel rooms in the UK I have to say this has got to be the best hotel I've stayed in and that says an awful lot when I have stayed in many top class hotels around the world. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place is an absolute gem! Our cabin was very spacious and comfortable. We are a family of 4 traveling with grandparents. The queen cabin was perfect for us. We had a great stay and visited kalispell and whitefish. The hot tubs were much appreciated as it was a little cool and we spent our days walking quite a bit. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were super friendly when we interacted with them. We will definitely be back!

It was warm and welcoming, rooms were lovely and reasonably priced and the staff were very helpful. They even fired up the sauna specially for us and there is a communal space with sofas and record player to relax in. There is also very reasonably priced self service washing and drying facilities for your laundry.

As a town, Columbia Falls has some work to do.

As a town, Columbia Falls has some work to do. The downtown area is old and not many shops. INSTEAD, consider staying in Whitefish where it is a true ski resort town with many amenities available including a good selection of restaurants.

The Hotel clerk charged us again on our credit card when we had already pre-paid for 2x nights. Never got a refund from Bookings.com. You would have thought they coukld figor out the problem. But no they got twice the payment. for the same dates, same no of nights. Not Happy.

Such a beautiful little town! Close to everything!

Such a beautiful little town! Close to everything! We walked to the square within minutes and loved all of the restaurants and shops. Our favorite shop was an Antique store called Big Sky Antiques. Very ecclectic pieces! We loved Craggy Range Bar and Grill and they have happy hour specials for Appetizers and drinks. We also loved Blackstar Brewpub. We had great appetizers and pizza at Mackenzies and Breakfast was at Amazing Crepes. Loved the shops and restaurants in Whitefish. GNP is a short drive, so we went daily and had amazing hikes.

Polson is a picturesque and quiet town, with plenty of views of Flathead Lake. If you're young and want more excitement, you're better off in Kalispell, but if you're older or want less traffic and more quiet, Polson is for you.

Whatever you do, don’t use BOOKING.COM, they upcharge you...

Whatever you do, don’t use BOOKING.COM, they upcharge you for using their service. I overpaid $465 on 2 rooms for 2 nights. It’s robbery and they shouldn’t be allowed to do this. I stayed at the Islander Inn and they have been no help so I would NEVER recommend them either. Stay away from Booking.com and Islander Inn. Your money will be better spent at another place!

This is a beautifully designed cabin with everything you could need for a great stay. It's quiet, clean and thoughtfully appointed. We really appreciated the welcome snack basket and there were even seasonings for grilling, and an extensive coffee bar. After eating out a few days we had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. If you do find yourself relaxing on the couch, there is every streaming app imaginable, which we appreciated during our down time. The location is perfect and there's a gorgeous view of the lake. Lisa is a great hostess and has thought of everything! We will be back! 10/10

Close to the entrance of Glacier national park, 20 mins. Good restaurants and shops in the city square (3 blocks). 15 - 20 mins drive east to Whitefish which has abundant restaurants/shops and lake activities.

Shopping is great and eating facilities also. Moose’s Saloon is my favorite pizza ever! Prices for rooms, etc has skyrocketed since Covid years (in 2020). Used to love coming here for many reasons, however, being a Canadian and having an exchange rate of at least 40% on the dollar, Kalispell is a very high priced destination for even a couple of days.

The town is charming and reeks of history. Good parking.

The town is charming and reeks of history. Good parking. Good eateries and bars and coffee shops - no real fashion or high end shopping - just souvenirs and some boutiques. The surrounding area is gorgeous as you head down to Flathead Lake which itself is beautiful. There is an Alpine feel even though we were visiting in September. I can only imagine when the snow is down. Great area to visit Glacier Park from. We ate at Herb and Omni restaurant in town - total experience from service to cuisine was excellent - I would rate it an 11 out of 10 and well worth a visit for a great evening.

Polson is a nice small town.

Polson is a nice small town. We were attending a wedding so that's why we stayed there. It's only one hour away from Kalispell which is a wonderful place to visit with the Glazier National park not far so why not just stay there? There was a error in our booking which cost us another nights stay that we did not use. The manager could clearly see that there was a error but refused to change. That kind of soured the stay. We have a large family and all stayed there for more than two days so a big financial bonus to the hotel in the off season. The hotel itself is nice and breakfast was served.
