We really liked the hotel! We were relaxing at the water park in the city of Chelan and wanted to spend the night somewhere not far away, we chose this hotel. Close to the water park, easy to get to, clean rooms, the room has all the essentials. We chose self-check-in because we arrived late, the door with a password is very convenient, we checked in without any problems. I recommend

The prices for off season have gone up a lot.Next time I...

The prices for off season have gone up a lot.Next time I will be staying at a family members home instead of renting hotel rooms.Need more family things to do. Used to be street fairs and such. Miss those. Not everyone drinks wine or go to wineries. River walk park is one place I always go to when in town. Got coffee in the morning at Apple Cup Too. Got a 16 Oz coffee. Sign said $4.25 for 16 Oz hot Americano. The barrista charged me $5.25. Went to a local taco food truck next to the laundry mat. The food was terrific, service was fast,friendly. Next time in town will be providing family and relatives a meal from there. Had Westside pizza for a birthday dinner,take out. The pizzas were great,staff was friendly.

Nice little town.

Nice little town. Beautiful parks, swimming lake & great running hills. Ate at Lake Chelan Brewery. Great cheeseburger with homemade potato chips. Very friendly staff. Also ate at Acre Bay Eatery. Great breakfast, French toast & coffee & friendly staff. Very walkable & running city. Next time I would rent a house on the lake. It's beautiful & clear.

There was several problems with the property.

There was several problems with the property. Hot water was on and off depending on the room. Ice maker in frig freezer does not work. Garage code did not work. Filter light for the water on the frig and stove vents were on when we arrived apparently the cleaning crew missed that too. Parking is very tricky. Cobwebs and spiders all over each deck and railing. Someone should be spraying! lots of products safe for kids and pets now days. Floors did not get cleaned, very dirty papertowel to clean up water spill. We also should have had access to the paddle boards and ping pong table. We were asked to start the dishwasher and take out our garbage but without a truck you can't haul the big garbage can. Master bed was very comforatable others were not. Views are spectackular !! Deck and dock were great!

we've been enjoying a yearly trip to Chelan for 27 years now...

we've been enjoying a yearly trip to Chelan for 27 years now! It is my happy place! Unfortunately, it is getting really popular! It may be time to find a new place to visit. We like the beach at lakeside and Manson, we like shoreline boat rentals, we love the food at the lakeshore drive in! as well as Fonda Oaxaqueña so delicious!! We stay in House when we can, or the Lake Chelan motel, which is old school but family oriented. I doubt we will find a place we love as much as Chelan!

Beautiful location - lots of hiking opportunities.

Beautiful location - lots of hiking opportunities. There is a grocery store in Manson - but limited. Major shopping was in the town of Chelan. Family wanted to play pickle ball - there was a park that "supposedly" had a court - using the basketball court but no nets available.

Lake Chelan is a wonderful place to visit.

Lake Chelan is a wonderful place to visit. It’s changed a lot since I was here last. Had a delicious pizza, at a place called Westside Pizza, I think it was called. Rode a jet ski, for the first time, at Lake Shore Watercraft. Wonderful staff!! Great experience. I wanted to go to slide waters but it was just too crowded. Spent a lot of time just relaxing at Morse Park. Totally recommend Lake Chelan, on a non holiday. Once Saturday hit, of Labor Day weekend, it was a zoo but that’s the day, I went home. Timed it perfectly!!

Not many options for eating and places available close early...

Not many options for eating and places available close early. Make sure to check hours and eat dinner early. Quaint and quiet small town vibe on the lake. Swimming areas, boat and jetski rentals available. Several wineries in town and close by, check for hours and tasting rooms. Enjoyable, relaxing atmosphere for a few days to get away from hectic life.
