The room was perfect and our mountain view was beautiful. There was also a deck off the back with an amazing mountain view! Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great area with shopping, gas stations, and many dining options nearby.

Both my husband & I thought the bed was very comfortable. We have stayed at other hotels in the last 6 months and the beds were hard as a rock! My husband loved the pillows also!! Wants me to find pillows like those!!

Staff was top notch...we arrived later and the front desk staff was so friendly and interactive with us!! The rooms were awesome...the beds oh my gosh so so comfy...I want those blankets!!! Breakfast was amazing!!! Location was perfect...right off highway and close to food, fuel etc!! This was our favourite hotel on our journey by far!!!

Staff extremely kind & helpful, immaculately clean, continental breakfast was great, stayed another night at a cheaper rate. Spa & pool was definitely one reason I booked there which was very relaxing. Definitely recommend!!

Room was a great size. Saff was accommodating and friendly. Very interesting history and architecture. The bar restaurant food was really good. No relief area for dogs. Staff/management need to brush up on ADA requirements for service dogs.

Just overnight stay on a long trip from Maine to Tennessee. Easy access from I-81, clean facility, great breakfast included. Children enjoyed the pool time and helped them wind down from a day in the car. Looked like a lot of options in the immediate area (restaurants, shopping, etc.) but we were not there long enough to explore.

Appreciated breakfast area and room comfort and cleanliness. I would recommend to secure outdoor doors to pool and staircase as they were not properly locked at night and would keep pool door leading to main entrance closed at all time so humidity doesn’t escape plus more lights in parking area.

This town has everything, so close by too.

This town has everything, so close by too. Shopping centers, fast food and restaurants. We ate at La Tonalteca Mexican restaurant, the food was good, Saturday night was super busy, was told 10 minute wait but took 1 hour. We were a large group though. We also ate at Tokyo Hibachi on Sunday, delicious food, no wait to be seated. Convenient location to everything.

Scranton has fallen on hard times after losing coal mining...

Scranton has fallen on hard times after losing coal mining and much of its rail traffic. One can sense the former grandeur of the city by looking at the scale of the buildings, yet the Scrantonians are warm and welcoming folks who work hard to do things right. Plus, it's quite inexpensive across the board. Steamtown Historic Park (free admission!) was alone worth the trip. They would do well to attract more tourist dollars so give Scranton a try!

The room was far in the back of the hotel, but it did have parking next to the room door. The room looked newly remodeled and smelled clean. New floors and bed. We had to keep catching big moths that somehow were getting in the room. A lot of party noise and Marijuana smells from above.

I wrote a review about this motel but it was the wrong hotel. This hotel was fine, clean, easy to get to. The review I wrote was supposed to be for the Quality Inn in Bulls Gap PA, off I81 @ exit 23. My apologies for writing about the wrong location.

When I first went in I was early and asked the lady what time can I check in instead of telling me two o’clock she put two fingers up and didn’t say a word. Unnecessary rudeness!! It’s ok for a over night but not a long stay, the bathroom was dirty. I have stayed there before and never had a issue maybe she was having a bad day and it happens but she is the first person customer see it doesn’t cost anything to be nice or at the very least be professional.

The Steamtown Aquarium was wonderful.

The Steamtown Aquarium was wonderful. Steamtown mall has a very unique rock and collectibles shop that shouldn’t be missed if you love looking for treasures. The Steamtown National Historic site for all things trains…and more.

Great location if planning on visiting Montage Mountain ski...

Great location if planning on visiting Montage Mountain ski resort as this is the only outdoor activity in the area. Plenty of outdoor shopping options. Restaurants and food options are pretty limited, definitely not to NY standards, select few are worth dining at.
