Plenty of parking, check in and check out were smooth. Room configuration is awesome with the moving table for working or if one has to pack or unpack their bags. Room temperature was easily adjustable and comfortable, air conditioning was not too noisy. Noise isolation was good, couldn't hear the neighbour's. Plenty of options of channels on TV. Near the golf course so you can watch people having fun. Vibrant area.

The hotel is right on the oceanfront. Our room was on the first floor, facing the beach. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, whether traveling with kids or without. There were 4 beach chairs, 4 surfboards, a cooler bag, a large beach blanket, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking (except for oil), with all the necessary dishes, a dishwasher, and even a vacuum cleaner. There was also an ice maker in the refrigerator. It was very convenient to have both a washing machine and a dryer in the room, so we could always wash and dry our clothes. There were board games and TVs in every room. The beds were large and comfortable, with great mattresses. The host provides you with door codes, so there’s no need to meet anyone in person for check-in. The pool is open until 10 PM (although the website says it closes at 8 PM). There were very few people on the beach, which was wonderful. There is also a freshwater rinse station right by the hotel, which was very convenient for washing the sand off yourself and your belongings after the beach.

The location is amazing, one can listen to the waves from the room, watching the sunrise as well. We booked the studio on the first floor so we had a little patio with a direct access to the beach - perfect. The staff was meticulous, the place was cleaned thoroughly each day. The pool was also great and even the barbecue was available.

Most quiet place on the coast with direct access to the beach. Beach equipment, hammocks, bbqs, games, books.. available. Large appartements. And the one and only parrot welcoming you. We've been here 4 times in 6 years and still love it.

There are several places to shop and eat near this facility.

There are several places to shop and eat near this facility. Ron Johns is just down the road as well as the Pier. Early morning and late afternoon traffic can be very busy as people are going to work or going home from work, not very driver friendly place to drive then.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Hampton Inn in Cape Canaveral. It was a convenient place to stay, and the hotel made a nice stop before our cruise. We appreciated having a comfortable place to relax and recharge. We would stay here again!

very good general small town for holidays easy to get around and lacks for nothing 5 star beaches good resteraunts holiday family accomadation a bit sparse could do with moor public transport buses etc but a nice clean safe place to visit been coming here since 1979 so that must speak for its self would recommend ideal place to bring the kids

Kennedy Space Center is a nice day - we saw most of the non-kiddie attractions, but could have spent more time at some of the exhibits and enjoyed an IMAX movie if we had gone for two days instead of one. Cocoa Beach is close by, and we LOVED our meal at Maine-ly Lobster. It's a good beach, but we had to come out of the water due to sharks at this time of year. Durango was a great restaurant in Titusville among others, and there was plenty of good shopping handy as well.

Nothing was good. Don't go here . You don't get what you paid for! Paint peeling, stains on white bedspread, light fixture hanging off wall, filthy bathroom floor, and toilet seat only attached with one bolt.

Everything was great!!! Owner very personable and helpful. Room was very clean with all modern accessories. Tastefully decorated. Remote bed (luxury sheets) remote blinds, good sized flat tv, keurig (coffee and add ins provided) microwave, spacious refrigerator (supplied with cold water bottles) , tile floors, easy parking. Quiet private space. Would highly recommend. Great value for the price.

Rockledge is in the city is in a great location you have...

Rockledge is in the city is in a great location you have South the avenues of viera which is our outdoor shopping mall and just all of our really nice spots for eating and going out to the east you have all the beaches Cocoa village to the north you have the space center so being in rockledge you're smack in the middle of everything there is to do in Brevard county everything is within a 15 to 20 minute drive and as we are building up we are having more and more fun things to provide to our tours industry

Very interesting part of the Space Coast.

Very interesting part of the Space Coast. A little off the beaten path but still accessible to many attractions. Lots of dining options and outdoor activities to choose from. The beach are is Old Florida in the best of ways. Interesting mix of cuisines and local bars, some right on the beach.

It is a great location. Plenty of room and access all over. We had one bad day of weather but the there are family indoor attractions that filled the void. It has really good ice cream parlor that you must stop in!
