Room configuration is awesome with the moving table for working or if one has to pack or unpack their bags.
Room temperature was easily adjustable and comfortable, air conditioning was not too noisy. Noise isolation was good, couldn't hear the neighbour's. Plenty of options of channels on TV. Near the golf course so you can watch people having fun. Vibrant area.

The hotel is right on the oceanfront. Our room was on the first floor, facing the beach. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, whether traveling with kids or without.
There were 4 beach chairs, 4 surfboards, a cooler bag, a large beach blanket, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking (except for oil), with all the necessary dishes, a dishwasher, and even a vacuum cleaner. There was also an ice maker in the refrigerator.
It was very convenient to have both a washing machine and a dryer in the room, so we could always wash and dry our clothes. There were board games and TVs in every room. The beds were large and comfortable, with great mattresses.
The host provides you with door codes, so there’s no need to meet anyone in person for check-in.
The pool is open until 10 PM (although the website says it closes at 8 PM).
There were very few people on the beach, which was wonderful. There is also a freshwater rinse station right by the hotel, which was very convenient for washing the sand off yourself and your belongings after the beach.

The location was amazing, right by the banana river with a small pier out to it. After a 2 minute walk in the opposite direction you were right at the beach. The complex also had a communal "rooftop" balcony. You could watch the most amazing sunsets from here (and I imagine that if you looked the other way and came here in the morning you'd have a nice view as well). You could also borrow kayaks and use a barbecue fireplace, althought we didn't have time to try that.
Contacless Check in was very convenient. We also talked to one of the women working there and she was the nicest person and very helpful.
The room was big, clean and had a very useful kitchenette (full size fridge, sink and counterspace). The little things also made it really nice to stay here (Outdoor seating, shower right in front of the room and broom inside so you didn't have sand all over the appartment). All in all it had everything you would need and the stay was enjoyable.

We came from TreasureI Island on the Gulf Coast. We just wanted a place to overnight before we visited the Kennedy Space Center the next day. It was perfect for our needs.
Simple, clean and very well kept. No pool, no breakfast, but for our purposes, it was just fine.

The apartment was spacious and gave us plenty of room for 4 adults.
It was a wonderful place for the end of our holiday. Could have stayed longer.

Nice place.
Nice place. You can easily join the holiday at the beach with visit to the Kennedy Space Center.
Good restaurants nearby.
Easy to travel with your car, no traffic jam, enough parking places.
Maybe not easy to find the food store.

It was a quiet family friendly beach.
It was a quiet family friendly beach. Every time we went to the beach we had plenty of space around us so we were not right next to another group.
We enjoyed miniature golf at Gator ‘N Golf. We were also able to hold and feed alligators there too.
One of the best places to go for ice cream was Fat Donkey. We enjoyed the flavors especially Butterscotch Bomb.

The area looked amazing, can't wait to come back to enjoy it.
We did eat at a spot down A1A called Lobster Roll. The food was amazing!

It is a nice place.
It is a nice place. It seemed quite where we were, Helen Hauser Rd. If I had stayed longer I am sure I could have said more great things about Titusville. Florida is really a great state and there is so much to see here. We did 2 days at Kennedy Space Center. We stayed at Comfort Inn Suites and at dinner at Durangos Steakhouse. Both places were wonderful.

Everything was great!!! Owner very personable and helpful. Room was very clean with all modern accessories. Tastefully decorated. Remote bed (luxury sheets) remote blinds, good sized flat tv, keurig (coffee and add ins provided) microwave, spacious refrigerator (supplied with cold water bottles) , tile floors, easy parking. Quiet private space. Would highly recommend. Great value for the price.

Rockledge is in the city is in a great location you have South the avenues of viera which is our outdoor shopping mall and just all of our really nice spots for eating and going out to the east you have all the beaches Cocoa village to the north you have the space center so being in rockledge you're smack in the middle of everything there is to do in Brevard county everything is within a 15 to 20 minute drive and as we are building up we are having more and more fun things to provide to our tours industry

We played golf while we were in Palm Bay. There are many affordable courses in the area. We enjoyed fresh seafood. We went to the beach which is nearby and enjoyed a day beachside. Boat rental and jet ski rental is available at reasonable prices.

Very interesting part of the Space Coast.
Very interesting part of the Space Coast. A little off the beaten path but still accessible to many attractions. Lots of dining options and outdoor activities to choose from. The beach are is Old Florida in the best of ways. Interesting mix of cuisines and local bars, some right on the beach.
