Very friendly host! Made some last minute Birthday requests and it was handled more than great. :-) Nice and clean spacious room. Great stop going to Marloth/Kruger. Lots of facilities and a beautiful mall very close by. Secure parking and secure accomodation.

Everything! First of all, it's the location, very safe and quiet place away from CBD. (I have been to Ermelo before several times but all the other places I stayed were not that comfortable regarding safety location...) Then the apartment itself is a surprise. It's not only clean. all the equipments and settings are beautiful and I believe that the owner chose everything by heart. The apartment makes me feel that I must take care of it because it's so beautiful. And the bed is soooo comfortable! even much more comfortable then my bed at home! Moreover, the apartment respects us privacy 100%! I will be back, everytime in the future if I pass by Ermelo I will stay here.

From the start the communication from John Jack Inn was exceptional and everything well organized. We arrived late on a Sunday afternoon, and our dinner awaited us in our room. And boy oh boy - the best Eisbein we have ever tasted. The room is beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed and used the fireplaces in both the sitting room and bedroom. Very cozy. We asked for an early breakfast the next morning and were met by friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. We were sad to leave so soon and will definitely be back to explore the area more and enjoy the accommodation and facilities at John Jack Inn.

The unit is very clean and cosy. Nice, calm aesthetic. Love the layout, can have privacy in the bathroom because of sliding door. Bathroom has enough space, clean and nice too. Water pressure in the shower is very good; water was hot. Basic cutlery available including plates, glasses, cups plus other add ons like tea, coffee, sugar and salt. Essentials present and in good working condition- iron, ironing board, mop, broom, big enough fridge and microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Really nice place. Great value for money; would definitely recommend! The host is very professional and delightful. Unit is in a quiet, clean and safe surburb. Check out was so seamless.
