The staff were amazing to cater to all our needs. The maintenance old guy is sweet and made sure our stay was comfortable. Our AC was having some issue and he came to fix it during the night. Great Staff, very accommodating and dedicated.

The staff was very nice and helpful. As we unexpectedly had to rush and check out earlier in the morning, they made a super quick breakfast for us. I also loved, that we could refill our water bottles.

I was with my friend, and we were celebraing her birthday. First of all the location is perfect for any kind of celebration as its on the beach ⛱️. The service is out of this world. The staff made it a point that my friend had the best birthday, and went all out to send complimentary bubbly and birthday card to our room. They made it very special....The food is excellent 👌. They have complimentary shuttle to drive safely within 5 km of the hotel, anytime of the day...5' star shuttle for that matter...Oyster Box is indeed the pinnacle of luxury holidaying, I would recommend it to anyone who wants luxury living. I will definitely be back.

If you love interior design, this is the place to be in Ballito! The house is flooded with light and huge glass surfaces. The view is spectacular. Every detail has been taken care of in the furnishings. The rooms are huge with every imaginable comfort. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower that was out of sight. Special mention should be made of exceptional hospitality. Jackie and her team made restaurant reservations for us, organized the whale watching tour and even took us to the restautant. Amazing property, so stunning - the photos really don't do it justice. The architecture is incredible - every room is surrounded by glass and filled with natural light. The infinity pool is incredible. Charles and his wife Jackie are extremely welcoming hosts. there is a beautiful tidal pool. The breakfast was really amazing. We would strongly recommend this place!
