Also several restaurants within 10 minutes walk along the seaside boardwalk. Christine and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, cooked to order. I would happily stay here again

The staff made it a point that my friend had the best birthday, and went all out to send complimentary bubbly and birthday card to our room. They made it very special....The food is excellent 👌.
They have complimentary shuttle to drive safely within 5 km of the hotel, anytime of the day...5' star shuttle for that matter...Oyster Box is indeed the pinnacle of luxury holidaying, I would recommend it to anyone who wants luxury living. I will definitely be back.

BelgiumThis is an amazing place. The architecture is modern but not cold because of the intelligent combination of glas, metal and wood. The surroundings are very quiet and green with lots of trees. When you enter the building the view through the large and high windows of the lounge on both the infinity pool and ocean is really breathtaking. The room (a suite) is large and offers the same stunning views.
The furniture and decoration give you a homey feeling.
Hospitality is not a vain word here.
Definitely a place for relaxing where you should stay at least two days.

I booked the accommodation obo my parents who had to make a quick trip down to Durban from Jhb. They needed something close to the airport that was comfortable and accommodating. Deborah was a wonderful host and extremely accommodating, especially as my parents ended up checking in later that evening. They thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the warm welcome and send off.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this stunning lodge, where you can walk directly onto the golf course. Andrew was an incredible fantastic host, providing helpful information about gate access and the lodge’s amenities. The rooms were clean, spacious and inviting. It was a business trip with a spectacular view!

Really nice area to visit.
Really nice area to visit. Beaches are excellent and the location is central enough to get to other parts of Durban quite easily. It's also a lot quieter than Umhlanga, so it's good for a break if you want to rest, recharge and relax.

Umhlanga is one of the best places that we visited, and we will visit again. The accommodation at Bentley on the beach was tops and we will book there again. From the time we reached there till we left, we felt at home. The place was very clean, and everything was very convient.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The whole family had a blast, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our time at the property. The ocean views are simply breathtaking—the pictures really don’t do them justice. You have to experience the views first-hand to truly appreciate how beautiful they are!
Kholi was absolutely amazing, so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again! 🌊❤️

Beautiful, uncrowded beach with stunning ocean views.
Peaceful atmosphere compared to Durban's busier beaches.
Excellent location close to the airport.
Great for long walks, fishing, photography and relaxing.
Convenient access to both Umhlanga and Ballito within a short drive.
Many beachfront apartments receive very positive reviews for cleanliness, comfort and sea views.

It is cheaper and nice inside but outside it's very scary a visitor cannot stand even for 1 day it's looks very dangerous be prepared for worse if you are going there it's like wrong turn outside

Honestly there's nothing to change there everything is just too perfect. We arrived late and guess what the security from the gate welcomed us with a great smile, he even called us by names which clearly tells us that they care about their clients. They helped us carrying our luggage to the room, when we got to the room WOOOW it was 100% on point, very clean and the location is great. Their breakfast is top notch I can't compare it with anyone's, the lady at the reception OMG she's soo friendly..actually everyone was so friendly and welcoming, I really enjoyed my stay and definitely I will recommend to my friends and family.

I have been visiting the place quite often and each time has a different experience. Some visits were more pleasant than others but again the units have different hosts nd hostesses and so is their professionalism when dealing with guests. I can't let 1 bad experience ruined everyone's chance of visiting the place because Sibaya has amazing units, very private and your safety is of utmost importance to them. Checkers and Checkers Liquor are just a walking distance away to some and just a door step away from other properties. It is surely a place to visit when u need that quiet time either alone, with partner or even family.

The place is beautiful. Am sorry about my earlier review I got itt all mixed up with another place I stayed in Kempton Park Joburg. The place in Verulam is well maintained and. beautiful I would recommend ito everyone who is looking for an excellent place to stay

uMdloti is a holiday resort that is being redeveloped.for growth. The on ramps to get onto and off the highway, which is about a kilometres away is being redesigned to cope with the traffic. A retail shopping mall is at the highway on ramp as well as another shop about a kilometres further away. There is a convenience store in uMdloti also. Further, there are very good restaurants, a pharmacy, hair salon, fuel filling station, and the beach across the road. A very good and quiet environment.

It is out of the bussle of some of the larger towns on the coast. It is quite and very restful. The views are outstanding. The beach is great. The larger towns are close by if you are looking for shopping and resturants, but there is a wonderful resturant called Spice in Westbrook, with very accomodating staff. They have a lovely outside deck where you can see and hear the ocean.
