This farm exceeded our expectations ten fold. We wanted to have a bit of a Karoo experience and so booked two nights instead of the conventional one night stop over. In hindsight, we definitely should have booked at least three nights. The farm is stunning, the hosts are amazing, and the accommodation so full of love and attention to detail - we loved every second of our stay. The hosts had all the time in the world for us and gave us an impromptu tour of the sheep shearing station, the farm and their family history. This farm is a destination that is well-worth visiting. Other places worth visiting on the way are Travalia Padstal and the Whistling Bridge Cafe so do make some time for those too! The gravel road is very well maintained and can be driven by a normal car at good speed without any issues.
