Arriving at Bloemenzee, you are warmly welcomed by Frans and Lidwien and that amazing hospitality continued throughout our stay. They both show a real interest in you and are amazing hosts. They make you feel at home. Our room was spacious, beds are comfy, with tea, coffee and tasty cookies available. The garden is beautifully maintained with two pools to cool off. The breakfasts were great and we had an evening meal cooked by Frans which was so delicious, some of the best food we had all trip. We were sad to leave and will definitely be returning.

Big Skies Guesthouse is situated in Gordon's Bay and only 300 metres away from the beach edged by restaurants and shops. All rooms are air-conditioned and the guest house has an outdoor pool.

Checked in as guests and left as friends. Cindy and Charles are amazing hosts, quickly making you feel like their little piece of paradise is your very own home. By the end of our stay we had invited our family and friends to meet us at the guest house rather than elsewhere because it simply didn’t make sense to leave. Looking forward to our next excuse to be in Cape Town!
