Everything is available and is perfectly maintained. Reception was very good by RIA, it was a very hot day, we were offered healthy & icy cold welcome drinks, and we were orientated about the place. We love nature, so it felt good to be surrounded by the plantation, trees, and mountains and also having the option of walking trails. the room was big, clean, well decorated. I liked the variety of snacks provided in the room. I liked the butler service at the touch of a button electronically in the room. The bathroom had rails to keep towels warm. The bed was so comfortable, it was so difficult to come out of it. They have a warm pool and a spa to enjoy. They cook scrumptious meals and waiter George was very hospitable and made dinners awesome. A cherry on top is the availability of a well-designed chapel facing the mountain, we used it with my partner for prayers and celebration of his birthday.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay at the Reserve. It's our second time there. It was very nice to see the improvements the hosts and the managers made over the course of the last two years: the broken road segments were fixed, the bridges were patched and strengthened, the 4-wheel car for the game drive was fixed, the house was in spotless condition (as it was the last time as well), the wifi is now covering the whole reception area and it's quite strong taking into account you are quite far from the nearest town; the managers and workers are very friendly too. We have also enjoyed the nature: flora and fauna. We saw how much effort the owners are putting into the conservation. It is the main focus of the reserve. Being a tourist there was a real gift for us to be able to support and contribute to this goal. ps And watching the stars in the hottub was just a nice bonus :D

The house was very clean! Thank you very much for that! Thank you for the bread, wine and jam (I didn't understand what it was made of, I assume it was made of grapes, but maybe I'm wrong, it was very tasty).

Hosts were hands down the kindest people I ever met (outside of my family). My car broke down upon arrival and they just borrowed me one of their cars so I can still enjoy my stay as a tourist.
The farm was gorgeous too, view of the spectacular mountains all around and the gardens were beautiful. I loved the animals, especially the lovely surprise of tortoises, they were a nice treat to discover.

Timed itinerary is what always draws me to the facility. The staff is very well organized everyone knows what they doing and is willing to assist. The food is always great🤤
It was everything I needed for a nights stay as a lone traveller. Very friendly host, safe, comfortable and convenient. A parking space for my car, and a key fob.

Just loved the game drives and seeing all the animals and the guides very informative.
Had a great couple of hours in the Spa.
Food was really good.
We rented 2 Karoo cottages which were quite nice.
Draw back was that we could not enjoy our outside area to relax as a drain or something kept backing up and flooding the patio.
Besides that all was good.

I went to see friends in Worcester - my first trip there. I was on my own, so found the 10 days too long, as I did not have transport. I was thinking of looking for work there, but not many opportunities for my speciality - aimed more to tourists. People friendly - unfortunately their Tourism Bureau has closed down. Have to be aware of crime, but all over S.A. anyway - lot of poverty. Had a lovely stay all the same.

The beds are very comfortable.
The beds are very comfortable. There’s an air conditioner for hot days and a great fireplace for cooler evenings. The hot tub was a hit with the family and I loved cooking on the gas stove. We packed two mosquito repellents which we plugged in the kitchen and in our bedroom to keep the Mozies away. The tents are very spacious with everything you need for your stay.

Rawsonville is a small rural village located in the Slanghoek/Worcester valley wine producing district in the Western Cape of South Africa.
The valley is home to a large number of wine producing estates, most of which host wine tasting opportunities and restaurants. The Valley is surrounded by scenic sandstone mountain ranges of great natural beauty.
Despite it's small size, Rawsonville village has most of the essential services for tourists and travelers, such as various types of accommodation, supermarkets, fuel stations and medical services. The local residents are mostly friendly and helpful.

Good tar and dirt roads into the area.
Good tar and dirt roads into the area. No noise from the main road. Pristine bush with vineyards and orchards in the valley. There are many accommodations to choose from. There are wine cellars, restaurants, and a brewery in the area. Rolling hills and a mountain range to the west. Beautifuyl scenary.

A lot of the pricing in this area doesn’t feel set with locals in mind at all. Everywhere you go seems aimed at tourists, and it ends up feeling like a bit of a tourist trap. Even basic things are surprisingly expensive, which makes it hard to enjoy the area without constantly feeling like you’re being overcharged.

It was my first time visiting Worcester and i was amazed by the cleanliness of the town even in the townships. The area is safer and most places i visited, i was greeted with great service. The place has lots of places to visit. If you are a wine enthusiast, then you would enjoy some wine tasting places. I also enjoyed coffee shops and town lifestyle.

The property is lovely, I wish I could have experienced more of it but I was there on a work trip.
It was cold due to the season, however I'm sure its even more lovely in the summer, wouldn't mind going back there for leisure.

We stayed in a self catering rondavel.
We stayed in a self catering rondavel. No towels or cleaning materials, no broom, no dish cloth. No hair dryer. They are very expensive but don't even provide the basics for self catering facility. Even Club Mykonos provides basics to self catering units, even coffee tea milk and sugar. This place provided none of that. The place was over booked as in too many people. The bathrooms at the pool area were constantly queuing.
