Wonderful, modern, comfortable complex between the villages of Metamorphosis and Nikiti, on the way to the second peninsula of Chalkidiki- Sithonia. The property is simply gorgeous. Modern rooms and villas, set on a wooded cliff overlooking the sea. The property has access to its own little beach, with very comfortable chairs and sun beds on a floating platform. Isolated beach. Calm, quiet, serene. Big pool also available, and a workout area. Cozy seating areas with stunning views of the sea for a drink, coffee, or just to chill and listen to the waves. I had the two-bedroom villa, which is very spacious and comfortable. You get your own patio and a little pools, plus views of the communal pool and the sea beyond. The property serves brekafast, but also has a proper restaurant for snacks and dinners. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. A total unexpected surprise. High quality food in a relatively remote setting. No dish was bad. In fact, we dined three nights in a row and quality was consistent. The fresh sauces were wonderful. The deserts were of such amazing quality. The fish and sea food absolutely fresh and delicious. Compliments to the chef. A limited, but good selection of wines. Wonderful staff. Great service. They are exceptionally polite and helpful. Even if something went wrong, it was immediately corrected. A very good crew. Place was clean spotless. It was the perfect, restful vacation I needed. The place exceeded expectations on all levels. Will return.

We stayed 8 nights at Darion Luxury Villa with our family (3 adults and a 12-year-old) and had a wonderful experience. We were the first guests of this property and immediately felt at home. This was exactly what we expected from our holiday accommodation, even though we booked at the very last moment. The villa is very modern and well designed, with living spaces on the ground floor (fully equipped kitchen, cozy garden, guest toilet with washing machine) and 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the first floor. We also appreciated the electrical blinds, stylish interiors, and overall comfort of the house. The complex offers a superb swimming pool and private parking, and the villa has everything needed for a stress-free holiday. Its excellent location less than 100 m from Nikiti Beach makes it a perfect base to explore Sithonia’s many beautiful beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. Special thanks to Sakis, the owner, for his warm support and attention. Everything was above our expectations, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!

The host was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, always available and ready to assist with anything we needed. Communication was easy and smooth, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location was great and perfect for exploring the area. We truly felt welcomed and at home. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

The place is wonderful, the staff and facilities are great. Either you go with your family, as a couple or any other way you will feel spoiled. If you wish for some activities, they provide you with everything! Diving, cycling, tennis, ping-pong, gym, spa, heated pool. 😍

Very pleasant boutique hotel, right on the beach. We were in a very nice, chic, and comfortable room with a wide terrace and a view of the sea. Our stay was wonderful. The hotel has a quite spacious outdoor area with a pool and various spots for relaxation, coffee, and afternoon cocktails. There is a restaurant and a wonderful beach bar and beach area with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. Exceptionally polite, responsive, and friendly staff. Oh, and not to miss - a five-star individual breakfast served at a table with a view of the beach and the sea.

Beautiful location! Bring the car with if you want to explore more or for easy pick up of extra things you need from supermarket being 8 min far by car from the hotel.. Food was fresh and Stuff very helpful and friendly. Beer amazing and Bartenders always ready to help to mix the right drink for you. Room was clean and if U need extra cleaning just let the personal know. Definitely coming again. :)
