We absolutely loved this place - totally enjoyed the private outdoor onsen, all the staffs are very friendly, the ryokan is right next to a bus stop so access is not an issue, we also received a transport guide after booking which was very helpful. The room is also very cleaned and comfortable. Definitely value for money!!

The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. Also, our room was absolutely gorgeous. We had a private onsen in our Japanese-western style room. I have never experienced a hotel such as this one.

The place looks exactly like the photo. It's in a quiet spot with lots of birdlife and a beautiful view of the city and sea. The tents were even larger than I imagined. You can rent board games, a projector, or a planetarium, and there are several play points for children on the premises; my 9-year-old daughter played until late in the evening! The breakfast we ordered looked exactly like the picture and was delicious. We'll definitely be back, but with a larger group of friends to enjoy the barbecue properly.

The best Hilton we stayed at! 24/7 gym, amazing pools open until 21.00, we got the best service ever. The hotel includes a shuttle from odawara station, and the service is sooo good!
