First of all we got an upgrade to other of their hotels in the complex: Barceló Riviera Maya the best one of all of them so this was amazing! This hotel is adults only so is perfect to chill and rest. The swimming pools are immense and with lots of sun beds, the beach resembles a private bay, each room has it’s own jacuzzi on the balcony and the dinner restaurants are all delicious with amazing service and beautiful designs. Ubaldo and Iris at the front desk are really helpful. Carmen and Alejandra from the lobby bar are super nice and Rossana from the pool is the sweetest! Overall we had an amazing time in this incredible resort, for sure we will be going back soon!

The restaurant buffet offers a lot of variety of foods. We were given a very nice room at the Tropical Resort on a premium level - close to pools & beaches. They clean every morning, quality furniture, comfy bed and stack up our fridge with beverages. The entire staff were very kind and helpful making you feel at ease all of the time. We were very impressed of the cleanliness of the facilities - it’s a huge resort and many activities you can do during our stay. If you are looking for a relaxation, just enjoying yourself by the beach/pool, then Barcelo is the place to go...

Той е подходящ за семейства и предлага настаняване на база ол инклузив, многобройни занимания за отдих на място, ресторанти с вкусни... this is a great place to take a family at the Thanksgiving time of year the beaches were crystal clear with absolutely no seaweed the food was pretty good not great but good enough and the shows were outstanding the best shows I've seen out of all of my trips down to this part of the world. they have a great little kids club all the pools are super nice we actually somehow I accidentally got the premium package which turned out to be in our favor which gave us free Wi-Fi and upgraded drinks even though we don't drink too much. the check-in and check-out process was super easy and all the staff were exceedingly nice I can't recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back this time of year next year.
