Having traveled extensively for more than a decade, with many countries, cities small and big, this stay was special in many way. First and foremost, I was greeted and welcome like at home, with super friendly ladies Marzena and Grażyna, who quickly showed us around, explained details. The location is at the bottom of ski lift, so during winter this is a prime location. Attached restaurant downstairs is nice and cozy, with outdoor seating on warm summer days. We even talked with the owner; a business-minded man who ensures a positive stay for each guess. From I understand, they only have few rooms, and they sell out well in advance. So if you see this available when searching, don't hesitate. You won't find a better deal, a better value for the money, considering things you can't buy: friendliness, staff assistance, proximity to local attractions. I highly recommend it, and if I even come back to Karpacz, this is first place I'll check for availability.
