Our stay at Chalet La Rugiada was extremely pleasant. Due to unexpected roadworks, we arrived much later than planned. However, the hotel had already provided clear check-in instructions in advance, including a helpful video and the access code. When we arrived just before midnight, a young gentleman came to greet us and personally showed us where to find the key and how to access our room. As we were tired from a long day of travelling, this was a very thoughtful and pleasant surprise, especially since we had not even asked for assistance. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the balcony offered breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. Breakfast felt very personal, as guests could inform the staff of their preferences in advance, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, always smiling, and eager to help. We were truly impressed by the level of hospitality and care and were very satisfied with our stay. We would happily recommend Chalet La Rugiada to anyone visiting the area.
