We loved that our room had a balcony and we could hear the river flowing outside. We also loved having a kitchen as meals in town were expensive so it was great to cook in a bit and have breakfast in the morning. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to hiking, transit stops, shops and restaurants in town. The room was cozy but very well appointed and great for our group of 4 adults.

We absolutely loved our time in Cervo. We came here on our honeymoon and every single member of staff was so lovely. They even gave us an upgrade which we were absolutely delighted with. The weather was mixed when we were in Zermatt which made us enjoy the hotel even more than planned as we had a few days of pure relaxation. The breakfast we were raving about even when we got home to our friends and family. Every part of our stay was 10/10 we would love to come back in the future again. I think this is the nicest hotel we ever stayed in. Thanks so much to all the staff again 🥰

Montela Apartment-Hotel & Resort in the holiday region Saas-Fee Saastal fica em Saas-Grund, Província de Valais, a 14 km de Allalin Glacier, e oferece acomodações com Wi-Fi grátis, um parquinho... Just a fabulous place to stay. The whole experience wildly exceeded our expectations. The check in process was quick and easy and the whole team at the Apartment-Hotel could not have been more friendly and helpful. They contributed hugely to an exceptional customer experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished and very, very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were superbly equipped and when we did have some (minor) issues the team were able to resolve these promptly and with no fuss. There are no washing facilities in the apartment, however, there washing/drying facilities in the basement. The views from the balcony were amazing. We could park our car nearly and under cover, so it was in the hot sun. The are shops and restaurants nearby and the local cable car is just a short walk away. It's very near to the bus stop and the Saastal card that you get includes free travel on the local bus and on the Saas-Grund cable car. If I could rate this property an 11, I would. It is that good. I would happily stay there again and have no trouble in thoroughly recommending it. You won't be disappointed.

For me a special place full of memories: My parents took me to Zermatt when I was a child, and I still remember the breathtaking landscape and the nice moments we spent near the Matterhorn. Coming back years later with my wife has been forever a dream. The guest agent recommended some beautiful hiking routes in advance, servicio muy especial!! Next Summer at cervo mountain resort is allready in the calendar, see you then!
