We loved that our room had a balcony and we could hear the river flowing outside. We also loved having a kitchen as meals in town were expensive so it was great to cook in a bit and have breakfast in the morning. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to hiking, transit stops, shops and restaurants in town. The room was cozy but very well appointed and great for our group of 4 adults.

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. We had a truly wonderful experience at CERVO Mountain Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The weather was perfect, which made the already breathtaking view of the Matterhorn even more magical. The resort itself is beautifully designed and ideally located just a short walk from the village...conveniently accessible by an elevator. We were warmly greeted at the train station by a kind porter, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The staff at CERVO were incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. They made every interaction feel personal and warm. The room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable, clearly maintained with great attention to detail. Great spa activities and super friendly head barista who made us fancy coffee. Thank you CERVO team!

Hotel Mirabeau har ett lugnt läge, bara 200 meter från Zermatts tågstation. Här erbjuds fantastiska hälsofaciliteter och hänförande utsikt över berget Matterhorn. The staff constantly went above and beyond. Will be coming back for sure!
