Sonnenalp Resort อยู่ในออฟเตอร์ชวัง และอยู่ห่าง bigBOX Allgäu ไม่เกิน 30 กม. This is one of the one of the hotels that we love and my husband’s family is was a loyal customer since years. So we know the hotel very well. Unfortunately this time the room wasn’t that beautiful according the price we paid. The “renovated” bath was extremely small and the shower was terrible. It was on a standard of a 3-star hotel. The pillows were so uncomfortable. The sheets and the blankets were wrinkled. When they set up the sofa bed the furniture just moved unorganized and the decorative pillows were left on the floor. Therefore our stay wasn’t that pleasant and comfortable according to our other stays. We had to change our room type so we paid extra of 235€ for each night which was so overrated.

Neuschwanstein Castle is 20 km from PANORAMA Allgäu Spa Resort.... Amazing atmosphere, very nicely designed rooms and common areas, attention to esthetics and detail. The views from the hotel are really lovely. Enjoyed the beautiful panorama every day. The breakfast buffet was fresh, delicious and varied. It made the start of the day fantastic. The hotel is (also) family friendly and we felt very welcome. Very nice kids' playroom.

We arrived not being able to speak German and didn't know our way around. It was after 6pm when we arrived but the staff showed us directly to our accommodation.
