The entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the architecture and natural beauty of the place are truly unique. What made the experience even more special was being able to walk down to the Nile and bathe along its peaceful shores — a simple yet magical moment that created a deep sense of connection with the land. We also took a tuk-tuk to the nearby Nubian village, which added a rich cultural layer to our visit. Watching the sunrise and sunset by the room balcony was unforgettable. It was an extraordinary experience. I definitely plan to return and highly recommend it!

Obelisk Nile Hotel Aswan Resort is located on the Nile Corniche, just 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Aswan. All rooms have a garden view. The location of the hotel is amazing. Because there are islands in Aswan and if your hotel is on one of the islands, you may have to change islands by boat after arriving in the center. But this hotel is directly in the center and on the Nile. They also gave us a room on the Nile. It was really amazing.

When I got there, they gave me a full run-through of the resort—restaurants, gym, all the facilities. The Jazoor restaurant was a real highlight: great food, beautiful Nile view, just the perfect combo. Breakfast was just as good in the lounge. Big thanks to Dina Hassan at reception, she was super supportive and really made the stay even better.

Our stay at Kato Waidi was the highlight of our trip to Aswan. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room to a Nile view for free, and waking up to that scenery was absolutely breathtaking. They also allowed us a late checkout, which made our departure so much more relaxed. The breakfast was amazing—fresh, authentic, and plenty of variety. Special thanks to the team for helping us arrange our transport; they worked within our specific budget to ensure we got where we needed to go without any stress. Highly recommend this gem!

The hotel was very nice and situated right beside the Nile river. Food was really good. The staff was very helpful especially Galal and Sarah. Both of them went out of the way to ensure that the stay was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Aswan and they also arrange trips to Abu Simbel.

Absolutely LOVED our stay one of the things that love the most was the service which I find that exceptional! Marina was so kind and sweet with my boys. The hotel manager is AMAZING what a KIND human! The foot of the hotel is so good We really enjoyed having to half board because dinner was so delicious

Boasting mountain views, Miral Nubian House provides accommodation with a casino and a terrace, around 5.5 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum. Guests can benefit from a balcony and an outdoor fireplace. The location is in a tranquil nubian village on the west side of the Nile. If you're with the car, you easily exit on a highway towards the Aswan Dam of Abu Simbel. The courtyard is a traditional one, the room was big, clean and with a good wi-fi. The host was careful and the surroundings looked safe. We also parked the car at the gate front and it was ok. The breakfast was tasteful and we served it outside in the courtyard. On the evenings, the lights from the courtyard make a warm and nice atmosphere. A good value for money!
