There are no words to describe how large the resort is and all the amenities they have, from the heating pools to the water slides and so many bars and restaurants. All staff are 10/10, they are so helpful and they are really doing their best to make you feel welcome and provide you all you may need during your stay. I have to mention mr Haytham from front office which number i got when we booked our stay and our entire 12 days that we spent there he was link with hotel and he was there for all our questions and requests. He even upgraded our room for free, which by the way we didn’t ask for but anyway he gave us one of the best rooms with most amazing view and location in resort. When we booked our stay i was really shocked by the rating they have on both booking and google, but after these 12 days all is clear and we will definitely come back in close future. Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. I recently stayed at Gemma's hotel, and one of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast was excellent—rich, flavorful, and offered a wide range of options that left me more than satisfied each morning. Dinner was equally impressive, with a varied menu that catered to different tastes and provided a truly delightful dining experience. The quality and variety of the meals alone make this hotel a great choice for anyone who values good food during their stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I’d like to give special mention to Mr. Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. We originally booked a standard room for myself and another for my family, but to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for my family and a deluxe room for me. They even provided a beach umbrella at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. To top it all off, the hotel staff surprised me by celebrating my birthday with a cake, making the occasion truly memorable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially with their outstanding service, generous upgrades, and personal touches that made our stay unforgettable.

We didn’t mind a longer walk along the beach in the morning to get to our favorite breakfast spot, at least some of the calories could be burned, that we gained from the overall fantastic food options every day. The staff was exceptionally friendly and so amazing to our little one, I can’t thank them enough for making this trip so special. Thanks also to Mostafa for promptly solving any issues and taking care throughout our stay. A very clean and nice property.

The whole staff was amazing from the Front desk to the drivers to the cleaners to the waiters and gym trainer without talking about the managers the cooks from the bars or restaurants. We felt home , welcomed . Real family environment. The hotel is huge , beautiful, clean and well organised. Thank you to all the Amr , so many of them but all amazing. Our Gym trainer , Kyrillos from the front desk . We will remember each individual from this hotel. Highly recomended !

Pools were beautiful and the floor anywhere around always maintained white and dry. Private beach which was perfect for snorkeling: on the right side there were amazing corals and all kinds of fish ( lion fish, stingray,puffer fish and fishes that r shiny and colorful like rainbows.) On the left side, you can find sea turtles and dugong, they come every morning. Food was fantastic, they have different bread and pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. customized omletts and fresh pancake for breakfast. Freshly cooked pasta, kebab and sliced beef for dinner, and a lot of other dishes.
