Kilpisjärven rannalla ja E8-valtatien tuntumassa sijaitseva Tundrea Holiday Resort on 7 km:n päässä Ruotsin ja Norjan rajoilta. Good location. Beautiful apartment. Good and well-equipped kitchen. Good shower. There was even a sauna which we didn't use. Good and cheap breakfast. Good service.

Salla Wilderness Lodges sijaitsee Lapin Sallassa 3,1 km:n päässä Sallatunturilta. Majoituspaikassa on poreallas, ravintola ja terassi. Jokaisessa huoneessa on parveke. It is a charming city away from Rovaniemi, it was a bit of scary ride of 2h30min over snow and icy roads. But getting there, we love everything about the place, our room was perfect, the pictures are as true as the experience. We had our private sauna and jacuzzi which we spoiled ourselves everyday. Breakfast and dinner was nice at the receptiom. The place is near to all attraction ski and the middle of nowhere views. We will be returning as we are in love with everything here! We even saw the northern lights from our room.

Kurula's Resort sijaitsee Pyhätunturilla 18 km:n päässä ametistikaivoksesta. Majoituspaikassa on yksityinen ranta, ilmainen yksityinen pysäköintimahdollisuus, jaettu lounge ja terassi. Absolutely loved our stay at Kurula's. We got the premium chalet that sleeps 4 even though it was just the 2 of us. It was extremely comfortable and not to mention luxurious. The room has a fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom and best of all, your own Sauna which we made full use of! The views from the balcony is nothing short of a postcard. If you are taking a car rental I would highly recommend staying at Kurula's VS the city center because even the drive is picturesque and well worth it. Dalia and Haili at the reception was extremely helpful and super friendly to talk to. They really want you to make most of your visit. Despite being far from the city center, it is very close to the amethyst mine which is a unique experience in itself. If lucky you would get to see the northern lights from your very own balcony if the clouds are not there. We can't wait to get back to experience other seasons there!

Aurora Queen Resort Igloos on 4 tähden lomakeskus, joka sijaitsee Saariselällä. Majoituspaikassa on baari. Aurora Queen Igloos is perhaps the best accommodation we have ever stayed at. The night before we arrived, we were staying down the road at another hotel. The experience of the extraordinary hospitality at AQR started when Pasi offered to pick us up. When we arrived, we were greeted by Nina with a welcome drink with a "chill" style check in, in their exquisite "clubhouse". It is exactly what we imagined, a lodge in the middle of nowhere only the lodge was outfitted like a 7 star hotel. Nina had our activities already planned out for our three day visit and day 1 was to just chill out in our igloo. This was just what we needed. We wanted to make the most of this as the igloos are super high class. Beds are extremely comfortable, there are a couple of comfortable chairs and blankets/pillows etc to make sure you feel you are right at home....only better! Our second day started with a 5 star breakfast- freshly made eggs and the spread were only things we have seen at a brunch in a 5 star hotel. All fresh ingredients and very tasty. We went to dog sled in the morning and chase the northern lights in the evening. It was a perfect day as their staff were super knowledgable and also able to find the lights! They are even better in person! Our dinner this evening was in their "clubhouse" and again the food was top notch. We had the vegetarian option of cauliflower and also the reindeer. Our third day started with a 2 hour snowmobiling in the morning and a 2 hour snowshoeing in the afternoon. Again their staff, Anne Marie, is funny, knowledgeable and made the experience so authentic. We had dinner again that night with their curry and the fresh catch of the day- also both very tasty. The attention to detail is second to none. The decor, the food, the hospitality, the activities.....all made this holiday one of the best we have ever been on.

Sirkassa sijaitsevassa Northern Lights Village Levissä on puutarha sekä terassi ja baari. Käytettävissä on myös monia muita palveluja. Majoituspaikassa on 24h-vastaanotto. Location was beautiful and the little village was set out nicely! The food and service were outstanding, cannot fault our stay.

Ranua Resort Arctic Igloos Ranualla tarjoaa iglumajoitusta, josta aukeaa näkymä Lapin taivaalle ja viereiselle Ranuanjärvelle. Jokaisessa iglussa on oma sauna, keittotila ja kylpyhuone. The igloos are just amazing and the sauna in the room is so cool and convenient.

Apukka Resort sijaitsee Apukassa vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Rovaniemeltä. Majoituspaikassa on useita saunoja, mukaan lukien jääsauna, iglusauna ja siirrettäviä saunoja. Everything! Beaituful place, lovely igloo! Friendly staff! Just amazing

Ivalossa sijaitsevan Aurora Village Ivalon mökeissä on lasikatto, jonka ansiosta revontulia on mahdollista ihailla omalta vuoteelta. the breakfast was standard; dinner was very good!

Set in Saariselkä, Northern Lights Village Saariselkä features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. Free parking is available. It was big enough to fit a family of 4 (2A and 2C) and 2 large luggage. The sofa bed was already set up when we checked in which was amazing. Thanks to the aurora alert we got to catch the northern lights. We signed for a few activities from the hotel and loved it very much.
