It is in a safe neighborhood. It is situated in an 18 century heritage building. Everything was very clean with a nice balcony for breakfast. Nana welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a Georgian cheese pie. The fridge was full of breakfast food. Nana was extremely kind and helpful during our stay. Wifi was of good quality as was tv reception. I would strongly recommend staying here.

A 7-minute drive from the city centre, this hotel complex is spread across 5000 m² of spacious, green gardens. Very quite and beautiful place with swimming pool. Rooms clean, with fresh towels and bedding. Breakfast included. We are returned again next day. (room on first day was better, but birds wake me up early morning. Second room was older without fan for hair, but was very quiet and I slept well) Thanks so much I'll be back only to this hotel, if will be in Tbilisi again🥰
