Opening in June 2016, Mjus Resort & Thermal Park is located in Körmend and it boasts an outdoor pool and sun terrace. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the bowling alley. Norbert at the restaurant is just a fantastic asset to this place, friendly and top service minded, real pleasure meeting him. Food is amazing, both for dinner and breakfast.

Healing Volcanic Water All Year Round! In Western Hungary, at the foot of the 5-million-year-old volcanic Ság Hill in Celldömölk, lies the Vulkán Wellness Hotel & Camping. The place was really nice. We stayed at one of the mobile houses at the camping site. The kitchen was quite well equipped and had a full size (4 knobs) gas stove so cooking meals was easy and quick. You can order breakfast or dinner for any day you want (even if you booked your accommodation without a meal plan), you just need to let the reception staff know in advance. We managed without as it was really easy to cook at the mobile house and you can also always walk to the town to get a pizza or eat at a local restaurant. There are 3 supermarkets in the town that you can easily walk to (Penny, Tesco and Spar). We went before the main season has started so it was still a little cold. If you plan the same, I recommend you take warm pyjamas as it does get cold in the mobile house. You can heat it up with the air conditioning, which is what we did, but the air gets dry with A/C so we warmed the house up just a little before going to bed. The mobile houses are positioned in the direction to get the afternoon sun (living room and patio) and the bedrooms get the morning sun. The only disadvantage is that they "sit" with their back to the main playground that is in the center of the camping site so you won't be able to sit on the patio if you need to watch your kids on the playground. Not a big deal if your kids are older. The area felt very safe. As your patio only gets the afternoon sun, your swimming suits might not dry up between the days so bring a couple of them if possible. We stayed outside of the main season, so not all the pools were open but still there were 4 pools available, which was more then enough (1 kids pool, 1 full size swimming pool, 2 pools with warm water - 32 and 38 degrees Celsius. The warmest one has an inside and outside section. All very clean and nice. The staff at the reception was super nice and helpful. Really pleasant experience.

The Park Inn by Radisson is directly connected to the Spa and Wellness Centre Sárvár with 5000 m² of indoor and outdoor water surface. Perfect place for a family getaway.

Situated in the spa town of Bük in Western Hungary, the all-inclusive Danubius Hotel Bük boasts its own spa centre along with a lot of sports facilities, including tennis. Everything was great. We had a wonderful and relaxing time.
