After staying at Renaissance in Cancun, I was expecting the one in Nusa Dua to be as great, and I was not disappointed. Spent 8 nights at the hotel and my Birthday was a week away when we checked in. They made me feel special every day before my Birthday. Sindu, Alit and Arys were super helpful at the restaurant and treated me with goodies. 🙂 Hendri made a really tasty affogato at the bar and all in all the restaurant staff were ALL super friendly and helpful. Just could not remember everybody's name ☺️ Room service was amazing too. Fresh towels, immaculate room every day. Gede the pool guy was friendly and helpful too, enjoyed a conversation with him, very ambitious young man! I am definitely going back to this hotel.

Hotel is very nice, we stayed in suite which was very spacious, clean and you can find there everytjing You need. Hotel itself is very nice, You can find there everything You need, beach bar is good, if there are too many people, there is always place for hotel guests. Staff was the best, they all are very helpful and friendly, we really loved it.

First of all, I would like to thank all the staff members of Shore AMORA Canggu for an incredible service and dedication to their work. They made me feel welcomed and valued by exceeded my expectations beyond and above. I’ve got hospitality experience myself overall 10 years in management position, those guys are genuinely amazing people and professionals. I wish all the five star hotels have hired people like this team. Before my early departure they prepared coffee for me the way I like it, and breakfast to go, because they knew I would not have time to get a breakfast at the hotel. Ariana , Ayu,Kerta , Melly you deserve all the best opportunities on your journey. To have such a team is something every qualified manager should dream to have . See you next time 🙂

I’m really happy to choose ZIN as my first stop in Bali, it’s very convenient for food, spa and the beach. The stuff there are also very helpful and friendly, their dinner is very delicious.

Architecture is amazing and staffs are very friendly and nice! From every angle, you can enjoy the view, that is, view of beach, hotel architechture and an amazing hotel entrance!

Set in Uluwatu, Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa offers 5-star accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Breakfast offers a wide selection to choose from. The R-Bar has beautiful views of Uluwatu, and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They offer fun activities throughout the day like poolside bingo, and complementary slushes and cocktail tasters.
