This resort was far better than I expected! The Report is big, but there were always buggies available to take you around the resort when needed. The room was exceptional! I stayed in a Treehouse Lodge and it was presented extremely well with some really nice personal touches. The staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful and I would 100% stay here again.

The facilities, such as the beautiful room, the stunning pool and all the common areas, are exactly as shown in the photos: modern, comfortable and very well maintained. We already expected them to be great, so that wasn’t a surprise. But what no photo can show, and what truly made our stay exceptional, was the staff. They are extraordinary. Their kindness, attentiveness and warmth are something rare to find. They are always willing to help in a genuine and natural way, never forced. Every small detail of their service was fantastic and made our experience even more special. Without a doubt, the people who work here are the reason we will return. The human touch in this hotel goes far beyond its beautiful facilities and that says a lot. We highly recommend this place. No one will regret staying here. Denner & Daniela

The Hotel Kastara is really good, staff is always nice and eager to make you feel welcome. Rooms are big and comfortable and the view is amazing in the morning. We booked a tour to see west bali and the guide (Merta) was really friendly and funny, we had a great time. Breakfast is good and you can choose anything from the menu.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance is wonderful – calm, relaxing, and perfect for a holiday. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, giving plenty of room to relax. Most importantly, I feel the stay was absolutely worth the money. Overall, a great value and a place I’d be happy to return to.
