Beautiful resort, very friendly and professional staff, one of the nicest stays in the area, close to restaurants and shops which is a big plus vs other nice resorts - they also offer a shuttle to the center, excellent breakfast - very accommodating for gluten free and dairy free and they always ask for allergies, nice pool. They are very thoughtful about a lot of details and always trying to improve. Rooms are modern, comfortable, nice furnishings and decor. Also nice to have a gym. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

We came as a couple to celebrate our honeymoon, and I have to say everything was absolutely perfect — far beyond our expectations. Beyond the beauty of the hotel itself, the service from the staff was truly amazing. They surprised us with a flower-filled bath in our room, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. We also joined a yoga class led by Putu, who not only shared his deep knowledge of yoga but also kindly offered to take photos for us, we left the class feeling so energized and connected. As vegans, we were deeply touched that the chef prepared a special vegan menu just for us. Every meal was delicious and carefully made. Highly, highly recommended

Swan Paradise A Pramana Experience has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Keramas. This 4-star resort offers a bar. On our Bali trip, we stayed at 3 4-star resorts, and Swan Paradise was definitely the best of them. And it was only the second most expensive one. Staff is really great and kind. They daily change everything in the room. Breakfast is buffet style and has a lot of varieties. Internet was great (80-100Mbps download, upload was even higher). All of the pools are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Can be used all day. It is more beautiful in person than it is on the pictures. All in all, one of the best stays in our lives. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible four-night stay at the Villa. The staff were amazing—so attentive and genuinely caring, making us feel right at home. The food was phenomenal, thanks to talented chefs. The facilities, including the pool and the accommodation, were simply magnificent. I give this experience five plus stars and will definitely be returning.

We had a room with a small private pool, which we really enjoyed. The facilities, location, and staff are amazing. The infinity pool is large enough, with a view over the valley forest. Safina made us the best crepe, and FDM Armoni lives up to her name. Live music during dinner was enjoyable, as well as Balinese dance. The surrounding Campuhan/village area is excellent. You will find many warungs, cafés, and some rice fields.
