I’ve been to Ubud many times, but this time I chose to stay here after a long trip around the island and just before flying back home — and it was the perfect ending to my journey. When I first arrived, I was a little disappointed — the property seemed small, and I worried there wouldn't be space to walk or that it might be noisy. But the manager, Rai, was incredibly kind and sensitive. Seeing that I was a bit upset, he immediately offered me the best possible room — peaceful, with a beautiful view and space for yoga and meditation. The room was absolutely lovely and of a higher category than I expected. The young team was attentive and always fulfilled my requests with care and a smile. I needed to speak with a Balinese doctor who only spoke Indonesian, and the reception staff helped me with that without hesitation. When my friends came to visit, they were even treated to complimentary tea — such a warm gesture. I felt truly at home. As always, Bali is like my second home, and Ubud is especially close to my heart. I’m so grateful to everyone at Hava Hotel. I highly recommend this place — the atmosphere, the energy, and the food are all wonderful. And as for the room service and cleanliness — absolutely perfect. Thank you for making my last days in Bali so special.

The resort overall is amazing. The architecture is really beautiful. After a lot of sightseeing and adventure in Bali we chose the stay in this hotel and it was the perfect place to relax. The food was great and the pool area is beautiful. The staff also was really helpful and there for you all times. The included breakfast is really big and delicious.

We spent our first 5 days in Bali at The Sebali Resort and from the moment we arrived we where met with amazing service in most spectacular venue in the jungle. The staff are great, taking care with the smallest of details to the big ones to make you feel special, they even decorated our room with baloons and decorations for my 30th birthday and prepared a birthday cake for my breakfast.The restaurant has beautifully made meals that cater to all taste buds and dietary requirements. We where also treated to a acoustic performance and traditional Balinese dancers in the evening. At the spa we enjoyed a 3 hour package, and it's safe to say nothing is more relaxing than getting a massage to the sounds of the jungle and river flowing in the background. We cannot thank the team at Sebali enough for our amazing stay, you made it unforgettable.

Swan Paradise A Pramana Experience has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Keramas. This 4-star resort offers a bar. On our Bali trip, we stayed at 3 4-star resorts, and Swan Paradise was definitely the best of them. And it was only the second most expensive one. Staff is really great and kind. They daily change everything in the room. Breakfast is buffet style and has a lot of varieties. Internet was great (80-100Mbps download, upload was even higher). All of the pools are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Can be used all day. It is more beautiful in person than it is on the pictures. All in all, one of the best stays in our lives. Highly recommended.

The real highlight, however, is the staff—special thanks to Kadek and Novi for their exceptional hospitality, but everyone was wonderful. It is clear that the resort is managed exceptionally well, the owner Raul really knows what his guests want and need and has build something very special with his team here on Nusa Penida. Highly recommend for a luxury getaway!

It’s quite, the public pool is amazing, food is delicious with many options, staff is very friendly, I would like to thank Ayyu who was really friendly, first 4 floors have more privacy, with hot water in the bathtub which are located in the balcony, if you are looking for a 100% privacy I would suggest you to book for the first floor
