Located on the beachfront, KTM Resort Batam offers views of the Singapore skyline. It an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. Free WiFi access as well as parking are available. Great view of Singapore and the shipping activity passing the resort. Friendly, obliging staff, great food at the restaurant, Indira was particularly helpful and very friendly. Nothing was any bother everyone willing to help with any requests. Everything was very clean and tidy.

Clean, nice facilities, clean swimming pool, just the hotel room entrance door too narrow. Everything else is good, breakfast not bad, just average hotel breakfast

Holiday Inn Resort Batam offers spacious suites, just 25 minutes by car from Hang Nadim Airport. It was a lovely hotel with friendly staff who were happy to help always just a wonderful few days

The scene is exceptionally beautiful and serene. The room price reasonable and shuttle service is fast. The pool also very wide with many level that can be explored. My kids enjoy the pool very much and the scene from our room is very pleasant with balerang breech as background
