Located in Lagoi, 500 metres from Lagoi Beach, Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were amazing, and we were very satisfied with the hospitality. The food was decent. One of the reasons we chose Holiday Inn was because of the facilities that cater to kids. We didn’t plan to go out, as we wanted to spend our entire time at the hotel. It is truly kid-friendly, and we will definitely come back.

Beautifully maintained resort with exceptionally lovely and attentive staff. Their attention to detail was incredible. Their organisation and communication made the trip so easy. One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at!

Enjoying a beachfront location on the beautiful island of Bintan, The Sanchaya offers a luxurious getaway with a private beach area and a scenic outdoor pool. Amazing food and facilities but the staff was the star of the show. They take care of every detail. Exceptional!

Trikora Beach Club asub Tanjung Pinangi kesklinnast umbes 20-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Breakfast was neat - three options were given: Asian, American and Continental. You could mix-and-match and have whatever you wanted. Having a complimentary breakfast was much needed, especially since the hotel is tucked away from most of the food places that are accessible in the Northwest and Southwest districts.

Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating, which made the stay feel very personal and comforting. The spa massage deserves a special mention. It was, without exaggeration, the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Deeply relaxing and professionally done — a must-try if you’re staying here. The food was excellent. Meals are not buffet-style; instead, your chosen main dishes are served with complimentary and generous side dishes. Overall, Sadi Beach House felt less like a resort and more like a second home. The peaceful environment, thoughtful service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, restful, and heartfelt getaway.

Staff are friendly and lovely, they try to accommodate requests as much as possible. Rooms simple yet clean and comfortable. Garden well taken care of and beautiful. Overall everything was well maintained, which is important for a simple hotel like this. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay for families with kids! My niece and nephew had plenty to do - cooking class, kayaking, sports (soccer, basketball, archery). The food provided was yummy, catered to all ages as well

A hidden gem away from the tourist areas. Beautifully appointed rooms, with a back to nature feel. The staff are all amazing, helpful and always smiling. The location is just stunning, we wish we were there for longer!!
