The room was perfect for us, with sea view on the front and river view at the back, we slept so good during our stay. The staff was so kind and always available. The food was good too. And can’t miss the Spa experience on the river!! What a great experience.

The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we had a very much-needed relaxed 2 days (after our fully packed Singapore trip and before the next destination). Nothing was ever too much for the team to support with. From requesting extra bikes to arranging Quad Bike experience for the kids, the team made every effort to ensure our stay was indeed memorable. My 9-year-old son rated the food at both restaurants (Rica Rica and the other in the main area) as one of the best he has ever had! Felt like 2 days went by so fast! This resort is a must for anyone visiting Bintan.

I loved everything about this place — from the calm, beautiful ambience to the exceptional hospitality. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating, which made the stay feel very personal and comforting. The spa massage deserves a special mention. It was, without exaggeration, the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Deeply relaxing and professionally done — a must-try if you’re staying here. The food was excellent. Meals are not buffet-style; instead, your chosen main dishes are served with complimentary and generous side dishes. Overall, Sadi Beach House felt less like a resort and more like a second home. The peaceful environment, thoughtful service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, restful, and heartfelt getaway.

Set next to a village by the sea, LooLa Adventure Resort is located on the coast of Bintan. The entire weekend was excellently managed. The staff were extremely helpful and eager to accommodate all our requests. The food was also great.

The staff were amazing, and we were very satisfied with the hospitality. The food was decent. One of the reasons we chose Holiday Inn was because of the facilities that cater to kids. We didn’t plan to go out, as we wanted to spend our entire time at the hotel. It is truly kid-friendly, and we will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay, the mangrove sea view rooms are really spacious and well put, very comfortable beds and all you need for your stay. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the hotel provides all the necessary facilities.
