The host was super attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Everything was really well organized from check-in to check-out, and the stay booklet explained everything clearly. The location is great—close to the airport, with malls and supermarkets just a short walk away. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and had a lovely balcony with an amazing sea view overlooking Linggi Bridge. Everything was perfect, and we had a great stay! Will visit again :)

Crazy to think that I woke up to the gentle sound of birds chirping and river flowing. The views I enjoyed from my bed were surreal. My tent was comfortable and had all the things I needed. Alas Restaurant was superb: food excellent, the views unbeatable. Truly a great experience!

The villa and the resort environment also very tranquil and silent, it is best for our resilient holiday away from crowd and hectic. Mr. Bimo who was our guest liaison provide a very professional and courtesies service and helps during our stay. All the staff from concierge, buggy service, F&B servers and spa therapies provides us a very warm and professional services. It is one of the best Plataran Resort in the world.

Arnez Tropical Cottage está establecido en Pronojiwo. El hospedaje es para no fumadores y está ubicado a 34 km de Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. After viewing multiple accomodations through multiple hotel booking platforms, I must say that this accomodation is one of the better ones in the area. Room is huge and clean, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and there's hot water for shower. The staff are warm, welcoming and hospitable. It was my birthday and they went to a faraway bakery to get a WHOLE cake to surprise me. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Arnez tropical cottage, I'll be back if I am around the area!
