Villa Fenicia is a splendid choice and quite a surprising gem. We arrived during siesta time and thought the villa was closed but once we found the owner we were shown into an amazing place to stay. Full of character and charm. Room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was quirky and small because it is a modern addition to an historic building, but this shouldn't put you off staying here. The grounds of the villa are a delight. a delicious breakfast was eaten outside in the garden (All home-made produce). Our waiter couldn't have been more helpful.

The location was perfect for walking to the old city. The hosts were very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Mino and Mina gave us lots of information to make our stay the best! As three women traveling we felt very safe walking in the city. Monopoli is amazing!!

Staying at Palazzo Scotto was a wonderful experience . We enjoyed our time there immensely. Our Trulli was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed Martin’s music each evening with a drink in the bar. The garden area was cool and inviting under the grape vines.

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds with the best swimming pool. Imagine walking through the flower beds , smelling roses and jasmine. The pool is a warm magnesium pool which leaves your skin and hair soft. The staff are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is delightful. This is why we came back this year and will come again next year .
