The host is very accommodating, helpful, and exceptionally friendly - excellent breakfast with homemade delicacies and outstanding service. The pool is nestled in the landscape and is perfect for swimming and relaxing. Children can explore away from roads and traffic. The location is truly superb, with great local restaurants offering homemade cuisine and delicious ice cream shops nearby. Bologna and Modena are also within easy reach.

Luxury renovated villa, everything is ideal to detail! Very comfortable bed, quality toiletries and luxury towels, super clean - we felt like home. Breakfast equivalent to fine dining restaurant - we were looking forward to it every morning. Parking and two tanning beds with umbrella included in the price. The hosts, Mara and Tazio are very nice and attentive. We will come back next summer! Grazie per la sua ospitalità!

The resort is very pleasant, with loads of trees for shade and two small play areas for the kids, very close to the beach, nice restaurant with good food and good prices, activities at night. Overall a very nice place!

Great hotel with beautiful surroundings and facilities, massage at the Spa was amazing and the hotel manager went above and beyond to help us with our broken down rental car and forgotten items in the room. It was a fantastic short stay and we will hopefully be back at some point. Thank you very much to the whole hotel team for providing outstanding service.

My stay in Luxury Station Suite was fantastic. Large spacious room. Very clean. Everything that any guest needs was there. The manager (Federico - extremely polite and friendly) contacted me a day before and explained very clearly everything about their key system. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent hotel, there are all inclusive options, which is very convenient. The hotel owners and staff are very nice and welcoming, but it’s even sad to leave them. We will recommend this hotel to everyone and will return again!

We had a great stay at Indipendenza Luxury Apartments! Apartment was clean and well equipped and it was central to everything we wanted to see! Liked having a washing machine after travelling for a while and also the bathroom was extra big, which was nice! Would definitely recommend!

Property deffinitely met our expectations. It is a very nice family resort with a lot of nature and place for playing outside (we came with a toddler). Room was clean and comfy, there was everything we needed inside. Host was very nice and friendly, although didn't speak English, he tried in every way to explain and to make us feel good there. There is a supermarket very close to the property and only 10-15 min drive to Modena city. Breakfast was very nice. I really recommend this property, we enjoyed very much!
