Our stay exceeded expectations. The breakfast was more than satisfying – it would’ve been perfect with some olives! :) The rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided regularly, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the gentleman and lady who made us wonderful espresso each morning. Also, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job and were very attentive. The hotel’s location was another big plus – just a short walk from the beach. There were plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, which made everything very convenient.

Very nice apartment. Brand new, very clean and comfortable. You have everything you need both in the room and in the kitchen. There are some common areas as well, like living rooms, where you can sit on chairs of sofas and communicate. Annalisa is very hospitable! In spite of the winter season it was very warm in the rooms. Rooms are small, but cosy. Close to the sea. Not so far from the railways station, the city center and the shopping area. Plenty of restaurants around.

The hotel was really friendly and familial, really polite and nice. They always helped us and payed attention of everything. (Like they have different milk alternatives...) All rooms had air conditioner. The only thing we missed was a small refrigerator. It was really 100 meter from the beach:) We spent a really good time there with our family.

Host (Stefano) is very welcoming person and from the first moment after booking the apartment I had a feeling, he will take care to provide comfort stay for us. Information provided by him was unbelievable detailed and I was very surprised, how much effort he made to find suitable parking place for our motobike. The lady (Grace) with the key from apartment was waiting for us and took care to show everything necessary for us, provide us with the tips for the restaurants, etc. Simply everything for our comfort. Apartment is superclean and nice. Lot of books on the shelves, which I love and never seen before, usually apartments provide sterile feeling. This one is cozy, clean, comfortable. We had a feeling like our best friend made his flat free for us to provide us with at least such comfort and nice feelings, like we have at our home. Location directly in the city centre, nice terrace with view is another bonus. Definitely the place to stay during our next visit to Ravenna.
