Lucille was so accommodating. She was so helpful with everything that I needed. She called the taxis and everything.

With a tranquil, idyllic location in the heart of a beautiful park, this luxurious 4-star superior hotel has superb relaxation facilities and is ideal for a restful, restorative break. Wonderful on-site restaurants, a destination that we were already at! It was peaceful and scenic.

We were welcomed and made to feel welcome instantly, greeted with refreshments and smiles. We were offered local knowledge of the area and also a recommendation to a local restaurant to try local cuisine - I have to say the food was beautiful and the view was to die for! The resort has clearly been renovated to a high standard and nothing was too much trouble. We stumbled across this place after a minor issue with our original hotel and have to say it was a mistake that turned out to be better than we imagined. We will definitely be returning and can’t wait to explore Maranello when we have more time! Thank you so much for everything, despite this being a flying visit! It definitely left a last impression on us

The stay exceeded our expectations - it was wonderful. The view and the atmosphere of the place are out of this world. Kind and helpful staff, very good restaurant - it's worth making a reservation - we had a reservation for one evening, final we spent every evening with these delicious dishes and wines. We will definitely return. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
