You immediately understand that this is one of a kind nature creations that On top has a history of service excellence for ages. I have visited the place twice. And I see that the owners keep the standard - decorate the rooms, change the mattress, add spa protocols - despite of the various crisis like Covid etc. One of the biggest achievements is the restaurant, bell boys and the Bar. Last time we came restaurant was just a place to get to a day you arrive. Now it can compete with really great Tuscany cousins around. We came there twice during 5 days. The Bar guys are lovely. They serve cocktails day and night and also beautiful lunch. At the entrance you always get the best attitude even though you arrive - like we did - with 10 pieces of luggage on a dusty car after 7 hours drive and you get same attitude and service versus you arrive on Lamba.

Country Resort Guadalupe is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, renovated to host rooms and 16 elegant apartments. It is located a 15-minute drive from Grosseto, and parking is free. Good size room. Awesome breakfast!

The hosts, Valentina and her father were incredibly lovely and sweet. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed including some breakfast in the morning. The room itself was clean, spacious and had everything needed. We will definitely be back and recommend our friends as well.

This is a lovely inn/hotel, well located to visit a number of beautiful towns, including Pienza and Cortona. The place is beautifully, subtly decorated and has a warm, welcoming vibe. Cool design, new, very clean, and well maintained. Nice bathroom products. Stand outs were: the staff! All the staff were terrific, from Paolo who greeted us, to the other front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, morning and night, the chef, and the spa staff Cecilia and Tania. Housekeeping did a great job. (The gentleman with glasses who advised on wine -- a treasure!) The restaurant was exceptional, and a prime reason we'd gladly return to stay. Dinner was casually elegant with the most wonderful food. Breakfast was also delicious. Great massages at the spa. Would recommend the couples massage experience. We enjoyed the small size of the hotel, too. We stayed in winter but I'd love to stay in warm weather when you can use the pool and outdoor sitting areas.

Το The Sense Experience Resort βρίσκεται μέσα σε ένα πάρκο 50 στρεμμάτων και προσφέρει καταλύματα στη Follonica, ιδιωτική παραλία και πισίνα. Στις εγκαταστάσεις λειτουργεί εστιατόριο. Magical...This really was 5 star accomodation. Wonderful beach we also received an upgrade which was brilliant. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast had everything you could wish for. Very comfortable beds and extreemly clean, couldn't fault anything. It is probably catered more for the older generation as it is very quiet, although perhaps in high season there is more going on. All in all we loved it.
