We reserved a room with a view of the harbor and we were not disappointed; the view was awesome! Our spacious corner room was awesome!! The main bedroom had a comfortable seating area where you could relax and read or watch TV. There was another separate room for sleeping and a separate bathroom. In addition to being very nice, it was also very comfortable. The onsens were just as awesome, as was the dinner and breakfast. This is a great place to stay and if we are ever in Kesnnuma again we will stay here!

The hotel is spacious with lots of onsen to use. Santos is very helpful for non-Japanese to help on translation since most of the staff can’t speak English very well. Free shuttle bus and the drivers drive carefully and safely with good hospitality.
