Attractively located in Osaka, Spa World HOTEL&RESORT features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. I love the way we were greeted although we could not speak Japanese the staff tried their best to help us. The young lady who was at the front desk guided and walked with the shoe locker area and to the hotel elevators and showed us how to use the hotel card. From the use of the Onsen to the breakfast buffet was an awesome experience we will never forget.
