From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt genuinely welcomed. Every single person was kind, attentive, and eager to help, which immediately made us feel at home. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — like stepping into a lovingly curated home filled with stunning antique furniture. Every room and common space is thoughtfully designed, full of character, and impeccably clean. The rooms and furniture were immaculate, and there’s a warmth to the place that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, not like you’re in a typical hotel, but rather a very elegant home. The atmosphere, attention to detail, and hospitality truly made our stay special. As a small suggestion that would make an already wonderful experience even better: a stronger magnifying mirror in the bathroom for shaving would be very useful, and adding a small vanity with a mirror in the room would be a great asset. Overall, a beautiful hotel with heart, charm, and exceptional hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Tip: For exploring the area, I strongly suggest asking the owner to be your driver and guide. You’ll see more of Nuwara Eliya at a fair price and with much more trust and ease.
