The staff were amazing and were always ready too help with anything. It rained the entire time we were there so we couldn’t sightsee much. The satellite tv stations and the exquisite meals made up for it. The bathroom had a deep bathtub with great shower pressure. One of the highlights was the heating blankets which made a difference in the cold nights. We would definitely return again.

I proprietari sono gentilissimi, si sono subito offerti di portarci gratuitamente a vedere una piantagione di tè per poi fare un piccolo safari tra la piantagione. Stanza pulitissima doccia super. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare qui.

The views were great, the staff was extremely cooperative and made sure to go the extra mile like arranging a poolside BBQ for us. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing and cleaned well. Breakfast, tea time snacks, and dinner was delicious and presented beautifully each time. The food was not very expensive either; it was good value for money.

It had been a dream of mine to stay at Tea Trails since 2019 and I couldnt be any happier with the experience. It will always be one of the most special moments of my life as I proposed to my girlfriend here. Huge thanks to the staff for recording our moment. The hotel is flawless, service and food could not be any better. Purely by coincidence we stayed here as the Hotel was featured on BBC "Amazing Hotels, life beyond the lobby". We were lucky that on our second day we were the only guests at Dunkeld bungalow so could enjoy everything to ourselves. The view from the infinity pool is probably the best I will ever see. Sure it's an expensive hotel but if you have the opportunity to stay here you wont regret it.

This is a very very special place. Do not assume this is a luxury hotel. A lot is missing for what many people expect. HOWEVER if you like to experience and see Sri Lanka in its absolutely glorious untouched and natural state then this is possibly the only place you should visit. Despite giving it a very average score for facilities and luxuries the staff, the experience and the location make up for it in spades. Come here before Sri Lanka is subjected to the mass tourism that’s in the pipeline. The food is also authentic, plentiful and extremely tasty.

Il Farm Resorts sorge sulle rive del Lago Castlereigh a Dickoya. Il Resort vanta attrezzature per barbecue, un giardino terrazzato e un ristorante alla carta. Posto meraviglioso! Immerso nel verde delle piantagioni da tè. Camera grande pulita e con una vista mozzafiato. Lo staff gentilissimo ci ha fatto anche da taxi per andare a vedere l alba sull Adam’s Peack ( che dista 1 ora di tuk tuk dall hotel) Colazione vista lago. Puro relax
