We booked for five nights so we got free shuttle from the airport, and it was a 10 minute ride. The room was very large. The views from the balcony are amazing. You can see the ocean as well as the cruises. Walmart and Sam’s is across the street and right beside it was the most important shopping mall so everything was close by as well as the casino downstairs. I think it took 10 minutes to walk to the beach, which is Playa Oro. I don’t think you can beat this location.

The host gave us the number of the housekeeper/cook and we arranged directly with her to provide us with breakfast every day and she cooked us an evening meal on four nights. She is a very good cook and was super helpful and patient with us whilst we used DeepL translate to communicate our wishes!

Situated on the beaches of Banderas Bay, this Puerto Vallarta resort features a full-service spa. We loved how friendly and accomodating the staff were. The resort was in a good location and the facilities were very good. The activities crew had amazing energy and were super interactive with guests and had fun activities throughout the day.
