Sunset Hill Boutique Resort Koh Phangan sits atop a tropical hill overlooking Koh Phangan's west coast and enjoys panoramic sea views. We booked the corner-view room and oh my god, what a magnificient view it was! To wake up but also to go to sleep and watch the sunset. The free drink in the morning was a nice-to-have. The pool was marvelous! Also the stunning view you have when you’re in it, just wow! The staff is super friendly, they take your luggage to your room. They even arranged a last-minute ferry booking for us. A major plus is the shuttle van that takes you up and down the hill which you’d very much like in that heat. They can also pick you up at the pier for a reasonable price since there are no Bolts or Grabs operating on the island. Yes, it is a more expensive hotel but now I know why, and it is worth it!

Stayed in the beach front room nine and it was amazing. Directly on the beach! The staff was amazing and was very helpful. The restaurant was also very nice and they have great breakfast options (not included). The sunset is really beautiful! We liked it so much that we extended for another night.

The most comfort, so much space in comparison with other hotels. With laundry, taxi/ free shuttle and drinks services. The staff was carrying, contacting me before arrival, taking care about my transfer from Samui to Koh Phangan. Great location, and swimming pool was clean, not sure but probably even with sea salt water? I didn’t feel too much of chemicals and chlorine there. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The passion in each details and the caring about the customers . Mika has been a great host, very friendly and available for everything . He organized for us also the motorbike and he gave us advice. The bungalow beachfront was great , very clean, the room didn’t miss anything with a very nice decoration. Waking up with sea view and going to sleep watching the moon from our bed has been great.
