It was pretty much PERFECT. The warm welcome; the location; the food; the setting of the hotel (it is like you are within a lovely garden). The stand out though is the service from the staff - it was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff are queuing up for the happiness they display in wanting to be helpful to guests. It is a bit of a cliché but genuinely my wife and I didn’t want to leave…

Very friendly and helpful staff, organized a tour to Koh Kradan for us, booked us restaurants. Their driver was very helpful and took us to different places around the island. Amazing villa, very quiet and relaxing with amazing pool with jungle view. Shower under the stars. Customizable breakfast. Sparkling clean.

I loved everything! from the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and Stefano, the owner, to the food (try the pizza, it's truly amazing). Our bungalow was clean and very nice and welcoming, like the rest of the resort. The services exceeded my expectations, the resort offers free kayaks and snorkeling equipment, and can also take care of the transfer from/to major cities, so that you have to worry about nothing! I left my heart on that beach and I hope I'll be able to return soon.

Staff was exceptional. Top notch professionals, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Very good food. I tried many dishes and they were all delicious and high quality. Perfect water, beach, free kayak / paddle boards. Very relaxing environment. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. You won’t spend much time in the room regardless. Be aware the reef directly in front of the hotel is now closed to snorkeling due to major bleaching/ die off from warm waters this year. If you walk to the south end of the island to the swimming area past the boat dock there is very good snorkeling. It’s about a 10 minute walk. I really loved this resort and will cherish the memories forever! I hope this island never changes (with exception of the reef recovering its health.)

Great location, in the middle of the beaches and the town (both 10 min walk). Super friendly staff, Coco the owner/manager will do anything in his power to accommodate you. Breakfast is great, beers are cold and the bungalows are beautiful. Everything is brand new and spotless. They can organize taxis, boat trips, ferries etc.

The location is great, walking distance from the pier and from one of the island's beaches. We really enjoyed sitting on the small porch to watch the sea view. Restaurants and convenience shops are also nearby. We also arranged excursions to Koh Kradan, the Emerald Cave and transfer to the Trang airport with the host and everything worked smoothly, we had a great experience.
