We had so much fun swimming by the shore and also kayaking in the lake looking for the loon family and also the sunrise behind trees. We got to see other wild lives there such as deers and otters. We love the peace and beauty of the place. We like the fact that there are not many cabins around the lake and there were few occupied during our stay (Mon to Tuesday). We love having a full kitchen and a dock for ourselves - to be shared with cabin 3 but there's no one there. We love having the choices of kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boats to use (no additional charges) as well as pontoons for renting. We like the fact that the resort has a lodge providing freshly cooked meals.

From beginning till the end! We felt welcomed from the second we passed through the door! Everyone was extremely nice and friendly! The whole building looks really great! The room was clean and comfy, big enough for one night! We slept like a babies! Spacious parking just in front of the main entrance. The breakfast - was a perfect ending to our stay! The waiter was great! The food was delicious! A table overlooking a Superior Lake was amazing!

Offering an indoor and seasonal outdoor pool, this resort is located in the Sawtooth Mountains in Lutsen. You will find hiking trails at Temperance River State Park, 10 minutes’ drive away. The staff is very kind and love to introduce the activity you could have nearby. The room is clean and the comfortable. Also having a camp fire outdoor is wonderful. Definitely want to visit during snow season.
